Sedem Ama: Inspiring leadership from the boxing ring
Sedem Ama is an undefeated two times UK national boxing champion representing the prestigious Repton Boxing Club in East London. Raised in South East London, Sedem found her way into amateur boxing by chance, having needed a positive outlet for her mental and physical health after working in the challenging industry of Public Relations for many years.
Now an Account Director at London based agency, The Fourth Angel, Sedem juggles being an account lead across their wellness brands while training and competing as a full-time elite athlete.
