Um I'm just trying to find my feet with this new car and um yeah it was uh definitely difficult conditions in race two, mixed conditions which I would say are my worst conditions, but somehow um I got the fastest lap on slick tires and then yeah, we ended up with points, so I'll take it.

You're you're pushing, I mean we've spoken for a few seasons where you've been in that last third and and you've been fighting for everything you can get. You're now moving up, you're pushing up towards the middle of the grid now, aren't you?

Yeah, you've got to also see that um there's no um cars that aren't any good anymore, so everyone's got good cars and there's a lot of good drivers on the grid now. Um there always has been in touring cars, but this grid I think is the most competitive grid we've had so far. Um so my lap times have gone a lot faster in this car, but in terms of positioning, it hasn't made too much of a change. Um but yeah, I mean I'd rather be racing in in the most competitive championship, the most competitive grid of that championship, because that's how I want to get better.

Yeah, absolutely. Um and just about Sneterton here, it's gonna be warm this weekend. It's already said it's warm today. Track temperature means the tyres uh come on song a little quicker, but it also means that they disappear from underneath you quicker, doesn't it?

Yeah, I mean the tire only lasts two laps max here, like in terms of you know the fresh, fresh side of the tire. Um but we found a you know a good chunk of time from from last year. We were you know already like um nearly two seconds faster than last year in this car. So um yeah, it's gone okay today. Um but yeah, just staying hydrated and and staying in the car and trying to be as uh fit and competitive as possible is difficult when it's like seventy five degrees in the car. But um yeah, that's what we're here for and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
