Yuanlin Elevator Incident

On the evening of January 20, 2008, 37-year-old Liu Huijun took her 4-year-old daughter to the Yuanlin Finance Building in Yuanlin, Taiwan. They entered the elevator together, heading for the top floor. During the ascent, Liu removed both her and her daughter's coats and shoes, leaving them behind in the elevator. They stepped out onto the top floor and vanished without a trace.
