3 year old Sandy Davidson disappeared on April 23rd, 1976, while playing in the garden of his grandparents home in Irvine, Scotland. He was outside with his younger sister and their dog when the garden gate suddenly opened and the dog ran out. Sandy followed the dog and was never seen again.

Witnesses later claimed they saw Sandy calmly walking away with a man, getting into a car—but no one raised the alarm at the time. Despite extensive searches and decades of investigation, Sandy has never been found.
