In this episode, Guest Co-Host Sergio Cardenas (the Air Medic), Danny, Dr. AKA, and Ariel talk about coping with loss. Sergio opens up as he speaks about losing his father unexpectedly in late 2021. We go through so many emotions when we lose someone. Dr. AKA helps identify the stages of grief and gives us avenues on how to better deal with tragic loss. The Hot Mic Team also speaks about the loss of their close friend, Lt. Angel Castro.
