Hey there . Today's meditation is about releasing any pain that you may be holding and embracing your beautiful inner child . Find a comfortable position where you feel supported and allow your eyes to close gently

Introduction to Inner Child Meditation

Speaker 1

. And allow your eyes to close gently and , when you're ready , take a slow , deep breath in and exhale fully With each breath . Invite your body to soften and settle . Take the time you need here , simply breathing and allowing . When you're ready , imagine a soft golden light . This soft golden light is surrounding you , warm , safe and protective .

Visualizing the Golden Light

Feel its warmth surrounding you like a halo . This is the light of compassion and understanding .

Speaker 1

Take another deep breath here and now . Bring to mind your inner child . And now bring to mind your inner child . See them as clearly as you can or simply sense their presence before you . Just notice how they appear ,

Meeting Your Inner Child

Speaker 1

maybe with a smile , maybe holding on to something heavy . However , your inner child shows up is perfect . Take a breath and silently say I see you , I honor you , I am here with you .

Notice if your child self is carrying pain , maybe some fears or sadness or old beliefs that whisper things like I'm not good enough or I don't belong . Maybe your inner child was a hard worker because they believed that if they didn't work so hard , maybe they wouldn't be so loved . Whatever those feelings or fears or old beliefs are , just allow those to surface gently , without judgment . It can be tender . So take your time here , maybe now place a hand over your heart and imagine extending the other hand

Releasing Pain and Burdens

to your inner child . Whisper inwardly hey , hey , I see you and I feel you , but you don't need to carry this anymore . We are safe now . We're okay .

Now . Visualize your inner child handing over any pain , fear or limiting beliefs that they've been holding on to , and watch as these burdens dissolve into the golden light , transforming into peace , clarity and love and love . Offer your inner child a tender embrace , one that says I love you , I understand you , I trust you . Let go of these burdens . Thank you for holding them , but you are free now and we are okay . You don't need to carry this anymore . We are safe now .

I don't need you to hold on to these things for me . I need you to remind me that we can play , that life is an adventure ,

Inviting Play and Freedom

Speaker 1

that the beginner's mindset is exactly where we get to be . Remind me of that freedom of running outside with no expectations , no time constraints . Tell your inner child that they are cherished , that they are the essence of life , that they are safe and forever loved and that together you are whole . Go and join them in their playground if it feels right , and when you're ready , invite them back into your heart . And when you're ready , invite them back into your heart , knowing that together you are free . Take a deep breath in and slow exhale out , knowing that you return here anytime you want and that your inner child is always with you .

Closing the Meditation Practice

With you , when you're ready , gently wiggle your fingers , understanding and then knowing that we are okay . Namaste , my friend .
