Tom Gradecak, Founder of Westside Realty

In episode 12 of Behind Success, Tom Gradecak and I sit down and explore his career path and what led him to where he is today. Tom is one of the most successful realtors in Vancouver. He started out working for Remax and grew his client list to a point where he was able to expand and build his own offices. His new company was founded and has since flourished in the realtor market. At first, Tom and I talked about his start in the industry and why he was able to succeed. Then, we proceed to talk about entrepreneurship and some of the things he did to get his company out there.
