Mike Jagger, Founder and CEO of Provident Security

In episode 13 of Behind Success, I interview Mike Jagger, founder of Provident Security, one of the largest security companies in British Columbia. Mike has lived in Vancouver his whole life and turned a tiny company that made him some money throughout college into a huge operation with multiple different services. He started out bouncing parties as security and through hardship and perseverance, was able to provide a near-perfect experience for his customers. Today, Provident Security does so many things in the security industry it’s hard to keep track of. To start the episode, Mike and I talk about how he started his company and what it looked like for the first few years. Further on, we dive deep into entrepreneurship and being a leader.
