Dr. Philip Toleikis, CEO of Sernova

In today’s episode of Behind Success, I had the opportunity to interview Dr. Philip Toleikis. Dr. Toleikis is the CEO of Sernova Corp, a regenerative medicine therapeutics company. Philip is a seasoned member in the biology industry, having received many degrees and multiple years of work experience. He first started his career at Angiotech Pharmaceuticals and then worked his way up to the Vice President position. Then, he left Angiotech to join Sernova, where he became the President and CEO. Since then, the company has flourished. In this interview, Philip and I begin talking about his career and how he was able to reach the CEO position at Sernova.
