In the Meantime...
It's amazing to have goals and dreams, but pursing them sometimes can cause stress and negative emotions because we forget to enjoy the journey "In the Mean Time..."
Life is to be lived and experienced, we can't do that if our happiness and wellbeing is only attached to our striving and accomplishments. We must be intentional about enjoying and embracing the present moment. Can't be all work and no play. Im talking from experience here - I had to learn to give myself permission to "play" because I'd rather work or deep dive mentally - often times with no balance, just go go go....
I have to make a conscious decision Daily to take deep breaths, be anxious for nothing and embrace the peace... In the meantime.
Blessings
