A Spontaneous "Pop In"... You Don't Have To Journey Alone
Hey Lovelies,
Yesss, it's been a sec! but that's ok - that's the beautiful thing about life, we can take a break and begin again.... I really am intentional about practicing what I teach, If I need to unplug - or if I'm not "feeling it", I don't force it. Back in April, as the seasons were changing, I felt the inner urge to change as well. I put the podcast in the fridge for a while - so that I can focus on the essential things in front of me...
I knew I would get the urge to record again - so I had peace to retreat that mental and emotional vision for the season. But Im warming it up again - with a reminder of "You Don't Have To Journey Alone." Take a listen to some of the things I've been up to as I've been embracing doing what my Soul Loves.
I hope you enjoy it -- until next time...
Blessing,
Shan
