We help you with tips, tools, and strategies to start living your best life when alcohol free. If you want to learn more about stop drinking coaching, then head over to www.soberclear.com. Alcohol is one of the most addictive and destructive drugs in the modern world. So if you're struggling to stop drinking, it's no wonder. Billions and billions of dollars are spent on marketing it to make it seem normal, to make it seem glamorous and sophisticated. They've got propaganda going in the movies, it's put in sporting events. Alcohol companies are known to fund scientific research where all of a sudden we're now learning the great benefits of consuming this cancer-causing poison. And all of these things that are manipulating you to see alcohol as something that enhances your life are the reason why it's so hard to stop drinking. And if you're struggling right now, you're not alone. It is okay. Because not only do we have this bombardment, these messages just pushed on us from the day that we've been born, but also when we tried to stop drinking, the solutions we've got just don't work. How do I know? Because I've tried them. I've tried everything. I've tried calling myself an alcoholic, a diseased, powerless person. I've tried stopping with willpower, just fighting the urge, being strong. I'm a strong person. I can squat an awful lot of weight. I can work extremely hard. I'm a strong-willed human. And I'm sure you are as well. So surely if we just fight it and resist, it's gonna be okay. It never is. Something always takes us back to the drink. But it's not just you. Through my work with my business, soberclear.com, where I work with business owners and professionals and I help them get control of their drinking, sometimes in under 24 hours, which is scientifically validated, where an academic psychologist has gone through my method and is verified on 96% client-rated success rate. I've spoken with people from all walks of life. I've spoken with young people in their 20s. I've spoken with 70-year-olds. I've spoken with wealthy people, people worth hundreds of millions of dollars. I've spoken with medical doctors. If you think this problem discriminates and you're different, it doesn't discriminate. You are not alone, and you'd be surprised. See, so many times I will get on a call with somebody who wants to stop drinking. And you know what they say? They say, people that are around me would never know I've got a problem. My life is pretty okay. I've got a career, you know, my wife's upset, but I've got a family, I've got a home, and from the outside looking in, other people would never even know I have a problem. And isn't it weird that we can often go through life and look at these normal drinkers and envy them in some sort of way, but we don't know the full picture. We don't know what's going on. I've worked with people who never drink in public, but at home they're pounding a half a bottle of vodka and they're doing it every single night. But when they're outside the house, nobody would even know they have a problem. This problem doesn't discriminate. It can affect anybody in all walks of life. It doesn't matter about your gender, your race, your religion, none of it matters. And if you think that you can combat billions of dollars of advertising spend throughout your entire life, literally before you even started drinking, this has been happening. Plus, combat the failed methods that are labeling you and you know you're having to fight this urge for the rest of your life, and then combat all the people in your life that drink and they're saying alcohol is a good thing and just have one. If you think that you're just gonna stop drinking alcohol and none of this stuff is gonna affect you, I'm sorry, but it's not how it works. But I wanted to let you know that it can work. Every single person who has managed to stop drinking alcohol, change their paradigm, build a new worldview, and permanently stop did something crucial. What they did is they tried just one more time. They didn't throw in the towel, they didn't say, you know what, I think I'm just doomed to have this problem for the rest of my life. No, they didn't do that. Despite failed attempts in the past, despite it being difficult in the past, they just tried one more time. That's all it is. And trust me, I've spoken with people who I had to persuade them to give it one more go. They said to me, Nothing's worked. How is this gonna be different? And I said, Well, what have you got to lose? Just give it a shot. And then three months later, I'm getting a text. In fact, I got one the other day from a guy that stopped drinking in July. And he said, I'm 40 pounds down. And he was so on the fence about giving it a go. But he just said to himself, screw it, one more go, one more real attempt. And he's living the best quality of life he's probably lived in decades. All because he made a decision to try again. So if you are struggling, just know you're not alone. It's okay, but don't give up. Don't throw in the towel, don't become a statistic. It's never too late to change. It doesn't matter how old you are, it doesn't matter how long you've drank for, every single person who stops drinking alcohol will benefit from doing so.
