This week on the show, Maine and Miranda recap the return of Marcelo Garcia after 13 years away from competition.  We also recap the IBJJF 2025 European Championships that took place this weekend we recap all of the adult black belt results plus discuss Pit Submission 11.

In the News section of the show we discussed some of the upcoming announcements for WNO as well as Helena Crevar defending her open weight title at Fight to Win. 

In the recap section of the show, we discussed Marcelo Garcia's match with Masakazu Imanari, we discussed the takedown sequence and the way that Marcelo deals with the lockdown as well as how he is able to combine his guard passing and mount game.  We break down the hand grips that he uses to finish the arm in north south choke and talk about some other potential matches he could take, including a potential rematch with Shinya Aoki.

In the recap of Pit Submission 11 we talk about Fabricio Andrey vs. Sam Nagai we discussed the triangle from Fabricio early and the ending sequence in round three that saw Sam finish the match working for an Armbar off of a triangle from the back. 

In the recap of the IBJJF 2025 European Championships, we discussed every black belt, adult finals match, including the open weight, matchups, and some of the most surprising finals and sequences of the tournament.
