Welcome back again, ladies and gentlemen, to the axis of football. We are back to talk some week eight Brady in the Bucks in bigger trouble. Now the Browns continue to have the Bengals number, The Vikings a quiet, the quiet six in one. What's going on over there in Minnesota? Green Bay continues to stumble as they. To Buffalo and the Giants seem to be human after all. We'll get to all that action in the moment, Char. But today we're recording on the date of the NFL's trading deadline. And Char a record. 10 moves going down pre deadline, the most ever in this era of football and some of the highlights for today. Char, we can kind of go through'em. TJ Hawkinson All star. Tied in for the lions getting traded to the Vikings for a second and third round. Pick Roan Smith. Speedy linebacker outta Chicago, going to the Ravens Chase Clay will moving to the bears. Bradley Chubb in a big hall. The star pass rusher out of Denver. He's now a Miami Dolphin shark. Crazy. Think about this. Miami took the three first round picks they acquired and the Niners moving up to draft trail. For their spot in the draft and they turn that into Tyre Kill Jalen Waddle. And now Bradley Chubb Interesting strategy on their part. But on paper, that trade paying massive dividends for the dolphins. And a couple other little moves like you got Naem Hines going to the bills. Chase Edmonds going to the Broncos. Jeff Wilson with the Niners reuniting with his old oc Mike McDaniel in Miami. So McDaniel's got his two backs, most certain. Jeff Wilson from his Niner days over there in Miami. So a lot of activity going downhill. We're not gonna talk about all of it, but what stands out to. Hon. Honestly, none of'em are the big star type of a trade like Christian McCaffrey was. They're all a bunch of, They're all teams. Big one. Yeah. They're all a bunch of good players that are gonna have impact. They're all I impactful, don't get me wrong, but. None of'em is something where you go, Oh wow. May, maybe with the exception of maybe TJ Hawkinson, because he can be a really good, reliable weapon from Minnesota. And by the way, by the way, I, I told you this earlier. You have a way of always saying your boy, this, your team, that your boy baker may feel your, you know, when people are doing poorly. And when I called out Minnesota, Drew Lock, your boy, Drew Lock, my boy, Drew Lock. But when I, when I call, when, when I said something about Minnesota and you were ridiculing me, why not say, Hey, you're Team Minnesota. Why don't you say that now? It's really funny how you do that. I'm, I'm ha Yeah. Well listen, Well sure. You want me to respond now? You me, respond later. No, no. It just, it just, it's basically just a comment. No, no response needed. But anyways, having said that, I, I'll talk about it cause minute. Minnesota, they, they, they've de thrown the giants as the biggest pretenders in the nfc, and we can talk about that, right? Okay. You wanna talk about a team who's absolutely fooling everybody else and you, Hey, listen, you, you, you were vocal last year about the Cardinals. Don't judge'em by the record. You're falling on the same trap, my friend. Don't fall on that. Do not fall into it. I care about you too much. No, no, no, no. I'm not, I'm not saying, I'm not saying that they're, that, that they're a top tier team. Like the best thing, Oh, many Minnesota's now on the top five, a typical, Let's just, let's just look at the records and rank that way. How about that? No, no, no. They're not. They're, they're not. But in a year where the NFC teams are really underperforming, that's all it takes. Cause you have Philadelphia, you really have Philadelphia in San Francisco with a losing. San Francisco has a losing gra and I still think San Francisco's better than Minnesota. So it's not like I'm Overhyping. Minnesota is a Minnesota's a flash in the pan waiting to expect. I think you're wrong. I think, I think they, I pray, I pray, I pray the Cowboys play at Minnesota in the playoffs. That will be, but they cowboys, cowboys need to make the playoffs first, so who, who know? Who knows. Go to the Vikings, but we'll see. Right. Anyways, getting back to the subject, I, I, I honestly, I think the traits involving the dolphin. As you mentioned are the most prolific just because of the grand total of what happened, you know, sending away Chase admins, getting, you know, getting the, the running back and, and, and so I, I think just, How about Bradley Chu Bradley Chubb? Yeah. So just so so yeah, so that's, so I, I think Miami's really the big winner in the, in the trade deadline day today. You know, the, I don't, So interesting strategies people talk about, Oh, they, they, they, they turned those three first round picks they got, they had in the Trade Lands deal and turned it into Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Wall and Bradley Chubb. That's all great, but really, you know, two of those three. You gotta pay out massive contracts for, and Ty re kill and now Bradley Chubb being in a contract year, you know that they were not gonna make that trade and give a first round pickup for him if they're not planning on, on extending him and paying him handsomely. Okay. So yes, those are great moves, but they're also very much like Win Now moves. I don't, I don't disagree with it. I'm just saying it's something to consider because now you're in a situation to where if you. When a championship in this window, you could be in some, in some cap trouble. Down the road cuz you went all in. But look, I mean, I'm not criticizing and we saw the Rams to kind of use a similar strategy and and, and, and, you know, cash in on it. So it's interesting. But but that, that's something I think of is they really, instead of investing those draft picks and trying to, you know, draft good players that they can have on team permanently contracts and build and maybe get other free agents, they use the picks for that. So you know. Interesting. Well, you know what that tells me by, by that that also, that also tells you they think they've got their quarterback in. That's exactly, exactly it. I, I think, I think with the emergence of Tua as a solid good quarterback, which by the way you were wrong about, I don't think I'm wrong about it. By the way, can I tell you something that take the fourth quarter of the Ravens game. Okay. That was, Okay. So up until the game against Detroit this week, that was the only game where he threw for multiple touch. Okay, skip bail. I think Charlie, I think I could probably throw up her a couple hundred yards in a couple TVs against that Lions defense. Okay. Okay. So, so this is a recar. I stand by my two up. You are, you are. Skip bails 2.0. That's, that's what you are. So, so, so, I'm sorry. So using, using data and facts to support an argument is skip. Yeah. Because you know what? If you pick, if, if, if every odd Thursday. That they're playing and they look, get his numbers outside of that Ravens game. Come on. Not good. Come on the guy. Just tell me what your eyes tell you. My eyes tell me that. I'm looking at a very, me dude. Did you see the Lions game? Tyre Hill has to slow down for these balls. Tyre had to slow down from my homes as well. Oh, not like this. Not like this man. Well, two, two A is an accuracy kind of a player. Okay? His average depth of target has gone up dramatically since last year. It has. That's. Okay, So, and, and the guys winning games. The guys winning games. We saw what happened when when your boy Kitty Bridgewater came in? Let me, let me tell you, in the games outside of the Ravens and the Lions, two 70 in a touchdown, 180 6 in a touchdown, 1 10 0 tds one pick 2 61, 1. Td. What was, what was his record? Well, the, the, the, they lo well, he wasn't playing in a few of those games, obviously. Right. He missed a few games and then injury. The Bengal dude for the Bengals game, he got injured Midway. But the games the game. So he, he, they beat the, basically the games he didn't get killed in. He played ball for them to win. Yeah. And he is also play, Who is he and who is he really played, like, you know, Okay. He, he played, he played the people that they put in front of him. That's, that's what, Look, I'm not saying Tua is anp. All I'm telling you is that you can win with Tah. Yeah, sure. But I, Yeah, I mean, you can win with Tua. I just, I don't know that I would've mortgaged my future. They didn't mortgage their future on Tua. They didn't. Well, I think when you give up those picks, you're basically saying, we don't wanna have ammunition to try to move up for a quarterback. And next year's. Or why would you or to trade the picks to, for another quarterback, But why would you, Because you don't believe it too, is not, Look, look, look, look what's going on with the draft choices from last year, All the quarterbacks from last year. Yeah, Yeah, you're right. I mean, what, Yeah, and I guess it all goes back to kind of winning now, but again, you, you can use those picks potentially to trade for somebody. Look, you have a quarterback. You just paid Tyre, kill a shit ton of money. You have jail and waddle on a rookie contract, which is only for another two, two years, two, three years. After the two years after this, you, you have, you went and got yourself an offensive lineman. You, your defense is playing ball. You have two great defensive backs. Now you got somebody to put pressure on the court back look as a. This is what you wanna do. You want, you wanna, you wanna rush the pa, you wanna rush the quarterback and you wanna cover the number one receivers. And the Miami Dolphins are built for that. There, they're there, There's no reason why they can't push for an AFC Championship game this year. He was gonna get exposed. My man. Just, just watch. Okay, watch. And, well, again, I'm not saying he's the mvp, but he, he's, he's a, he's a top, he's a anywhere from number. He will anywhere from number six to number 12 quarterback. And you can win. You can't win, I don't think. I don't think you wanna vol it to a I don't, I don't. Well, look J okay. Jared Goff took the Rams to the Super Bowl. Jimmy Gar was one passed away from Right. You know, it's a good point. That's a good point. If Mike McDaniel is Sean McVey, then, then I stand corrected. It's possible. Yeah. I mean, it's very possible. I mean, it's, you know, why not? Sure. No, I I I'm not ready to, I'm, I'm not ready to, I was wrong about Tula. Look, he's this absolute stud. It's, you know, we've got, we've got a, you know, six game sample size on the guy. You don't need, of course, you don't need a stock quarterback glamorous in four of those six. You don't need a stock quarterback when you have a good enough quarterback on a rookie deal, and you can build a team around. All right. You don't need to stop quarter quarterbacks. I just don't, I just don't love toa. I don't, I still don't. Okay. I know you don't, but, but you know what? There's been players that I haven't liked that I have the ability to say, You know what, Shit, I was wrong about them. Oh, I, dude, I will happily say I just, I just don't think it, he, he's proven that yet. I think he's it. But we'll see. We'll see. Yeah. I like that move. I like, I like the Naem Hines to the bill. That's a nice little, little weapon for them. And they, and Zach Moss was part of that. So they've got, they've, and I like kind the explosion and the quickness that he adds to the running back room over there in Buffalo. Bill's also getting back for a is white off of, off of injury. So their, their defenses got a little bit better, if you can believe that too. So they're looking to make a nice little second half. Well, they YouTube because I'm, I'm telling you, their offense didn't look great uh, last week. So, yeah. And look, I think also for Denver, like, they, like Chubb wasn't. Sitting rolled on fire and their defense is still like top five. So I think, I think they felt like, Hey, if we can avoid overpaying this guy, get a pick for it and still plea pretty damn good on defense. Like, you know, I don't know that Denver lost that trait for Bradley ch. It remain remains to be seen, but you can never have too many on the defensive side, you can never have too many guys that put pressure on the quarterback and, and guys that intercept the balls. So you, you can never have, like Denver has a, Denver had an abundance seat of of, of cornerbacks and cover guys, and you know who, who, who knows. We'll, we'll see. But I'm excited about Miami. I, I'm excited about them too. I'm excited. And look for the record, I, I would like to. Wrong about Tua. I would love for the key to succeed. I'm room for him to succeed. So yeah, we'll see Miami. Miami definitely making the right moves on paper to to contend and yeah, we talk about the chiefs and the bills as the two AFC contenders. Miami's might be saying, Hey, we got something to say about that guys. Yeah. All, all it takes, Hey, all it takes is, is the same way the Bengals made it to the Super Bowl last year because Patrick Mahomes decided to have a bad, bad second half. They've also got a guy named Joe Burrow, who, I'm sorry too, is not even in the same stratosphere as that kid. He's, he's, he's not. But Joe Burrow put the team on his shoulders and did it alone. Do you think gonna still can do what Joe Burrow? But, but hold on. You're trying to, you're trying to tell me that the Bengals team last year, that, that, that the pieces in in Cincinnati are better than or were better than what Miami has right now. You're outta your mind, what I'm saying outta your mind. If there's ever a situation where Tua needs to put the team on his back, it's Yeah, because he's, he's, he's, I don't think he's gonna be able to be that type of a quarterback, but that's all I'm saying. Yeah. But in any case, a lot of movement going on. Sure. And I think, you know, I like RO one, the Ravens add some speed and a different element to their defense. We talked about Robert Quinn to the Eagles last week as well. That was a nice move for them to, to add a little fire power to their pastors. We see these teams that are doubling down saying, Hey, we've got an opportunity to to build strength upon strength and and stay competitive. Absolutely because you got the, you got the usual suspects that were ruling the NFL on, on a down slope, you know, the, the Green Bays and the, the Rams, Even Cincinnati, even ci, I mean like you, you got teams severely underperforming teams that we had thought that are gonna be, have winning records. So absolutely, if there's every year, it's now no question about it on chart. It's a phenomenal segue. Let's talk about one of those teams traveling and that would. It's Tom Brady in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers falling on Thursday night football last week to the Ravens to go to three and five now, which surprisingly, they're still second in the, in the in, in their own division. But this does not look like a team that is cohesive. Tom Brady doesn't look comfortable. He. Have that same level of, I would say, you know, confidence just a different player. And we talked about another, another team we talked about last week, kind of on the downfall. The Packers, they, they fall to the bills here. And that was not a surprise, but in any case, they find themselves at at three and five as well. Losers of four straight. And again, you see their Aaron Rods just doesn't. That comfortability with his weapons. Not a lot of trust out there on that Green Bay team right now. Both these guys are truckling with Char. What did you see with these two quarterbacks and their teams kind of on the down slide here this past week? I, I actually was pleasantly surprised by the Packers, and remember, if, if, if you recall last week, you said you were gonna bet'em to cover, which they barely did. So you, But there was a, there was a rubber tongue touching that was called by, which was bs the, the offensive pass appear. And then, and then Crosby missed the 37 yarder. But, but the strip shock field goal. I know, but Char, The Packers. No, but, but hold on. Here's here's the thing though. Kuru, when you're going against the bills, you can't afford to. Stuff like, like it, it, when you go against the team, like the Bills and the chiefs, every little tiny bit I know is gonna back. I mean, even if, even if Tongues touch, John stands and they make that, it doesn't matter. It's a three point game crush. What? But you can't think of it that way. Because, because he missed that kick at the end. Char it like the whole game, but lost changes. Like you can't just add points like that. It would've changed. They, they on, on the rubber toon score, they, they lost, they lost possession on that. They, they came over with your points. What I'm trying to say, Char, is let's say he explored there. Maybe the bills get more aggressive on offense and score three more touchdowns. Right? You can't is you can't just go back and say, Let take that touchdown, let here, like it doesn't work. That onic all. So basically what I'm trying to tell you is that look, you're playing against the bills every little bit. Every little bit counts, okay? And that touchdown they ended up losing by 10. That touchdown would've made it a three point game. You can't tell me that didn't affect it. Green Bay played way better. Green Green, Green Bay, Romeo Dubs. My boy Romeo Dobbs had a phenomenal hell of a cat. Aaron Roger. Brought Aaron Rogers brought them back. Aaron Rogers and that defense finally started playing. The bills Didn't. The bills had an off day on offense? They did. Okay. Plus, it's one of those games, they play this game 10 times. The, the, the bills are gonna be my double digits every single time. No way. No way, No way. Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. They're okay. Well, we, we can't prove each other on this, but you, but you're way wrong In a game where Green Bay was lucky to come back, they still lost by 10. Oh my God. Okay. Whatever the, the point is that, that, that, that the bucks. But, but sure. But I do agree with you in the sense that I saw more spirit and life and momentum. And they're defense out Green Bay that I saw in Tampa Bay for sure. Tampa was dead. Man. Walking Tampa looks like a corpse of themselves. They do. It's just, it's, And by the way, I mean, you know, I don't wanna play TMZ here. It's official, The divorce between Brady and Jelle, you get rid of that witch. Okay. But do you Geez, I think it would, it would be naive to say that's had no effect on Tom Brady at all. Of course, it has an effect on him. So, so I mean, I, I don't know, is like, how do you quantify that? I don't know. But obviously, I mean, you know, just, just my popular opinion, he is a human right. So I would think that's a distraction. And, and you know, I don't know how much expected his play and his preparation, but like, if you got, I mean, divorces are tough, man. I mean that, that, that's a tough thing. For a normal person, let alone somebody like Tom Brady in the middle of the season with the pressure he's got on him. So, again, not, not attributing that, but it's, it's, I think it's naive to say it's not a factor. No, it has to be a factor because I saw Tom Brady do things that you usually don't see him do. He over, he overthrew was with Mike Evans on a touchdown. Then he, I mean, like he was overthrowing the week, the week before Mike Evans dropped the touchdown too. Like, so haven't been in sync. So and, and, and honestly, I. I'm, And same thing with Russell Wilson. Even though he even though he came back at the end of the game and, and played fairly well, I saw like he started the game off with an almost interception. So look, Tom Brady, Tom Brady's just looking, it's looking different. He needs to maybe if they fall out of their class and look, they're only half a game behind. And and in the in the division. NFC South. NFC South, Yeah. Yeah. They're, Yeah. But, but if, if, if this is a situation where he needs to just put it away and just start playing football and, and use football as an excuse to get away from the problems in love. I never thought I'd say this though. I mean, look, the books are probably gonna win the division, probably gonna get a home playoff game. That might be the one team that you hope your team gets. If your team doesn't win the division, you make the playoff. That might be a team that you're like, I, I'm comfortable going to Tampa Bay on the road, because they're just not the same. They, they kind of won the division by default. Right? Because, you know, Carolina's thrown in the towel, Atlanta's rebuilding a little bit. The saints are, are in transition. They're, they're, you know, although they actually look good this past weekend, but, you know, none of these teams like, like the buck still. Penn Silver is the most talented team in their, in their division. If they, if, if they wanna take it. Right? So that's one. And actually Jar, let's, let's stay on that topic. A hell of a game out in Atlanta. And it's not really like on our, on our list, but like, what, what an ending there. That Carolina, Atlanta game was for first place in the NFC South, which I mean crazy to think. And Carolina resilient. Man, these guys went up. I took a lead off Deontay Foreman's touchdown. They went up 34 to 27 late in the game. And then I think Mariota threw a through a long touchdown pass to take it to overtime. And then, but here's the thing, Char, I'm sorry. No, it was PJ Walker. So Atlanta took a 34 to 28 lead. PJ Walkworth, like 12 seconds. He threw, I dunno if you saw that Hail Mary, he threw a ball that traveled seven. It wasn't a hail Mary. It it was, I mean, yeah, I mean it was, again, it was against, it was against prevent, It was against prevent coverage. He just beat the Preve defense. But I mean, when's the last time you saw a ball on the air that long? He's he's got an arm, he's got that ball was, that was 70 air yards to DJ Moore. and dj. And now with that touchdown, I was 34. 34 with like seven seconds left in the game and DJ Moore takes off his helmet in celebration of the touchdown. It was a hell of a play, but that draws the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, which backs up the P a T from 33 yards to 48 yards. And of course, Eddie Piner. My one of my, one of my Latino buddies calls him Eddie Pendejo, but Eddie Pen, Eddie Panera hooked the, the extra point. So Carolina gets the ball back in overtime, drives it down all the way to like the 17 yard line. And Panera miss is a 33 yard flow goal that would've won the game. And of course, Mariota then takes it and gets range and, you know, young way co the the consistent one over. Makes it to give Atlanta the win and lead in the division. But like Carolina, like what, what more could they have done? The resilience. Get rid of their, get rid of their kicker. That's, that's what they could have done. Get rid of that goddamn kick. I mean, you, you dead right outta the kicker. You say it doesn't come down. But I also gotta say DJ Moore shouldn't have taken so off. Okay. I understand. I, I understand more of the blame is on the kicker. Especially because then they got the ball back in overtime because not only that, the Falcons won the toss. Carolina played defense, got the ball back, drove it like, you know, whatever it was, 65 yards, gotten 36 yard field. He missed, he shanked. I mean, it was a shank actually. And yeah, so I mean, I know most of the time you can't say it can, and it comes down one play. It kind of feels like it did here. DJ Moore shouldn't have taken the helmet off, but I, but I agree with you that more of the blame should be on Panera. Cuz, I mean, the way he was kicking it, maybe he would, maybe he would've missed the point anyway. Right? Like, who's, who's to say the way he was kicking it at the end might have not mattered, but we'll never know. But, but tough error on dj. To to make, and then Panera two opportunities to win the game. Mrs. Him both get rid of that fucking kicker. You got one goddamn job to do. I understand. Missing the 48 yarder. The p a t I get it. That's on that, that's on your stud. That's on the Stu Stut of the team. Because right now, since as CMC is gone, that's DJ Steam. Okay. I, I, I, I, I get it. But, but you get a 36 yard field goal in overtime and you fucking miss. He's off, he's gotta go, he's gotta go off the team because you cannot count on him to hit a cake during nut cutting time. You can't depend on him. Yeah. Get rid of him. Get rid of him. And I saw, I saw that. I think the coach was trying to make him feel better and, and consult. But he choked. He choked. You can't have your, you, it's, it's, it's like going and getting eye surgery and, and the, and you can't, you, you gotta be steady as a kicker. You gotta be steady. You have to kick your gis. A 37 yarder is a goddamn gimme. Yeah. To win the game, it's it's tough. It's tough. It looks like you still got a job. So we'll see how that goes. But but sharp. Let, let, let's move over to Le North, the afc. Cleveland, given the business to the Bengals last night. Shark, I gotta ask you this though. Do, do you find it at all strange or coincidental that on Halloween night, two teams whose colors are orange and and black did, did, did, did that, do you think that crossed the schedule makers' minds at all when doing this? No. Cause what are the chance, what are the chances though? What are the chances? A percent of a percent. I mean, it's interesting, right? It's really, it's interesting, these guys were already dressed up for Halloween. If you're telling me that, that was the consideration to put them on, I'm not saying it was the consideration, but like, you know, it's between like that game and another game and you're like, you know, all other things are equal. Maybe that's like the final, like the final factor that okay, we, they have the option of, they had the option of buffalo and green. All right. They did not do it for fricking Halloween. Gimme a break. I'll tell you what I I tell you what the only thing scary was how bad the, the Bengals looked on this night, Obviously without Jamar Chase, but I don't think it was even a Jamar Chase thing. Right. I like they still got teas. It's, I got tell boys they got Joe mixing. They just were off the entire night in this game and they, I mean, Cleveland was up 25. Late, late in the third quarter before the Bengals kind of woke up. They scored two tds in the fourth quarter, but it was never really a game. And all the, all the play makers. In Cleveland, we're on display last night. I mean, Jacobi Burette looked as good as I've seen him, 17 to 22, 2 78 in a touchdown. Nick Chubb over a hundred yards, a couple of scores, and Aari Cooper, ugh, that's somebody five for 1 31 and a touchdown. I miss him, man. We do not need to give up a fifth round pick for this guy. I wish he was still in Dallas. I miss you buddy. Wish you were still a cowboy, but happy to speak back up there, That's that didn't, I didn't, I tell you last year, Omari Cooper is one of the most underrated receivers in the nfl. His, his route running and we gets off the line of scrimmage, Man, it's just, he's so, he's so damn good. He's so fricking good, man. But I mean, Jacobi looks, I mean, if I flip these stats to. I would, you could easily argue go before the game. It's gonna be, it's gonna be, it's gonna be bur big bur and mixing and, and like he hains with those numbers. But really it was it was the Browns who, who took command here and Bur still has never. Beating the Browns. As odd as that sounds, the Browns have got his number and things are all of a sudden getting interesting. In the AFC North, you've got the Browns now a game back, a second place and the Ravens at five and three A one game lead over the Bengals for first place. But things are getting a little bit interesting there in that division aren't. Yeah, let, listen, here's the thing. Jamar Chase is phenomenal. He's generational and he makes everybody else better. And you know, I'm a big, I'm, I'm a big T Hagans fan. You, you, you, you know that. Okay? Yeah. However, believe it or not, when Jamar Chase got hurt, I wasn't excited about T Higgins like everybody else, because I'm like, he's gonna, he's gonna draw the number one cover guy now. Yeah. He's gonna draw the number one cover guy now. And, and I wasn't sure how he was gonna respond. He's not, you know, he's No, he's no, he's no Jamar Chase. So That's true. It's, you know, it's definitely an advantage to, you know, and, and it showed, and it showed early. It showed early. He got, he got stuff, he got, he got jammed at the line early and often, and he wasn't able to convert some of those targets. But having said that, Jamar Chase is not pass walking for Joe Burrow on the left side and right side with Miles Garrett was just stopped. Yeah, I don't listen, I didn't watch this game and think to myself, oh, if they had Jamar Chase, they were just off early, early on, early on. I said that. I said, Oh, wow, they're missing Jamar Chase. But then Jamar Chase wasn't gonna stop. Nick, Chuck from scoring two touchdowns. Jamar Chase wasn't gonna, Yeah. Yeah. I mean, and Joe Burrow had a hundred yards in a. The half that's not just cuz it's Jamar Chase. You know, you put but, but that has an effect on it though. But that, T Higgins, Tyler Boyd and Joe Nixon are still some pretty damn good. I'm sure a lot of quarterbacks love those, those three guys around them in the league. How about Aaron Rogers? Right. So, yeah. Well, no, I, I, I, I, I, I know that, but maybe part of Joe Burr's success is the fact that he's got a generational guy like Jamar Chase. Of course, you gotta take into effect, you know, they were teammates in college. You know, chemistry matters there. I'm telling you early on in the game, early on in the game, I said they're missing, They're missing Jamar Chase. But then as, as the game unfolded, no. The way Jacob Burett was playing, I don't think it would, I mean he, Cause Chase doesn't play defense. The, I mean the zip on those balls. Jacob, I think Jacob Burett has surprised me. He looks really good. I mean, even in some of these losses, they haven't been on Jacobi. Really, These look. If you look at, if you look at Jacobi Brice's record, he's got a big time losing record, something like he's got a you know, 30% win rate. Yeah. But he's been like, he was on that, well, the, the struggling cols teams and like, he was never really put in the great situation necessarily. But, but having said that, he's, he's got a two to one ratio of touchdowns versus interceptions in those starts. Right. So it's, was it, was it really him as the problem, Right. Which is like, does it always make sense to attribute Right. A win law, secretary, quarterback, but in any. AFC North, man. It is getting spicy up there. And sure. Let's, let's go to the other side of the other conference. Minnesota. We're finally gonna talk about'em. Your Minnesota Vikings. You happy now, They are, they are six in one at top. The NFC North. Well top. I mean, they, they they've got what, a three game lead now or two game lead? Over, over at Green. They just took down the Arizona Cardinals 34 to 26. I don't know if you saw this. After after the game, the the Vikings were celebrating and Patrick Peterson did a He did a, he did, he pretended to be caller Murray and pretended like he was like playing video games. I dunno if you saw that, but that was kinda Oh my God. No, I did not see that. It was hilarious. It was hilarious. You pretended. Yeah. Man, and we didn't, I don't only talked about this, but like in the, in the previous game, the Cardinals on Thursday night football, who did they play? Who did they play last Thursday? They played the Saints. Okay. In that game, Kyle Murray told the coach to calm the F down, which you know, that, that to me was a major red flag on the culture. Maybe we talked about this, but like, that to me was like an indicator of like, something's amis here. And it, it's kind of on brand with Kyle cuz he just, you. He kinda just does what he wants to do. Right. But any case, this one I think really was, was about Minnesota being able to take control and really sustain a lead. There was, it was never really that close of the game, Minnesota going up 14 three. Arizona did take a lead. And the second half. But thereafter, they went up 1714. And from that point on Minnesota took control of the game again and never really relinquished the lead towards the end. Kyle. Okay. This game, you know, 3 26, 3 tds, two picks, which hurt his team Early in the game, Kurt Cousins, very economical day. It was Do and Cook. They leaned. A really nice day at the office. For him, he had 111 yards and a touchdown average over five and a half yards of carry. So Vikings leading on their play makers, leading on the turnovers they caused and hanging on to win this game. What did you see here? Listen Minnesota just took care of business. They did against the, against the team that I've never believed in because of their quarterback. So I wouldn't call it an impressive win, but no, but, but still win. Look, wins are hard to come by in the league. Let me, let me, let me tell you something. Char, let's talk about Minnesota. Okay? Because they're, I'm gonna tell you, they, they, they, this game was a passing of the torch of last year's NFC fraud to this. I've seen fraud. Arizona passed that torch to Minnesota because I'm gonna tell you something right now. Minnesota's got six wins. Look at their wins. Okay? Packers, every single team they've beat is under 500, with the exception of. The Miami Dolphins, Well, guess what? They were playing the Dolphins third string quarterback. That was the game. That T was already hurt. Teddy Bridgewater got hurt on the first play of the game, so they've got, who is, I didn't know who the third string quarterback for the dolphins was, but they were playing the third string rookie for the dolphins, and they almost lost by the way, the dolphins pole within a score late and it was like a dolphin cook touchdown, a long touchdown by him with the defense selling out that pulled the, the, the Vikings away. But really, That game was not that, that, you know, as distant as people think it was and who their one loss, Who's it to the Eagles where they got embarrassed. Okay. Minnesota is a pretender. Every single sign points to them being a pretender, they've beat no one. And now that week one, winning against the packers, not looking all at impressive, if I'm being honest here. Okay? So when all of your wins are against the 500 teams and the one win. You have against team that's above 500 was cuz their thirst string quarterback was playing that game. I don't know what you would call a pretender if this is not it, man. And, and then your one loss is to a team with a winning record. I'm sorry. You are not a real team. Minnesota is not the real deal. You're a good team. Minnesota is always in this line. There's straddling, If they're never really that bad and they're never really great, they're either gonna get'em the playoffs and lose or they're gonna barely miss it. That, that, that's who Minnesota is. That's just who they. I've said that from day one. Prove me wrong. Cool. Are you done? I'm done. Dispute. Dispute the facts. What did I say that was factually incorrect? Okay. It's not, it's not what you said that's factually incorrect. It's the picture that you painting with, with those facts. First of all, nobody sat here and said that Minnesota is. Is the best team in the nfl. Like they were doomed last. You got a rank in the top five in these power rankings. Man, it's ridiculous. Well, power rankings are stupid because they basically they're basically reading you records. Okay. It's enough for you to sit here and say, Cor, you know, it's always my boy when they're struggling. No, no. Min look, Minnesota is, looks good. Forget their record. Their offense. What did I say? Do you ever listen to our shows? Go listen to what I said. I said they have a dynamic offense. Do you remember me saying that to you? I, I said, I believe your boy, the coach that you went to school with, I said he's gonna change things around. Yeah. Okay. On on offense. Okay. They have a top quarter. They have a top 10 quarterback. They have a top five left tackle. They have a top five running batch. They have a top two running back that's a backup to'em. They have one of the best receivers in the league. They have a fantastic possession receiver in Adam. He is got TJ Hawkinson. Right. So what did, What did I say about'em? They have a dynamic offense and don't be surprised if they're gonna make noise. That's exactly what I said. I picked the Packers to win the division. Now, what's surprising me? What's surprising me is that the atmosphere in the NFC has changed to the point where you have to pay attention to the Vikings. Now, when it comes in the, in the, in the outlook for the for the division, you have the Eagles and you have the 49ers who have a three and four what? Four and four record, right? Four and four record. I'm already telling you, I think San Francisco is a better team than m. Even with a four four record. Okay? So it's not like I'm pumping up Minnesota to be this end, all two, whatever it is, but it's not out of the realm of feasibility to say that Minnesota could be a third or fourth best team in the nfc. Let me tell you the numbers, man. Listen, Minnesota is ranked 16th, literally dead, middle, in total yards per game, and they are ranked 27th in yards on defensive yards running per. They're not a good football team. They're not a good football. I'm sorry, they're not good KU Rush. You have, you have the 49ers and you have the, and you, and you have the Eagles. Who else in the NFC would you be willing to bet your house that is gonna beat Minnesota? Well, you the Cowboys, your cowboys. Come on, let's hear it. Tell me, I, I know what you're thinking. What's your, you're Look, I, I, You know what? I see that smile on your face. You're a, you are a snake. You are a snake in the grass, my friend. This entire time. This entire time. This was a disguise for you to, for you to pump up your pump up your Dallas Cowboys by taking down the Minnesota vis. Now I know what you're doing, I think you got me there buddy. You caught me right-handed. No. So, so, so you admitted No. Admit to it. Admit it. Absolut, this is all about the Cowboys. No, but I, No, first of all, like I'm not, I'm, to be honest, like I'm still not like fully on the Cowboys bandwagon and we're, I mean they weren't even in our agenda to talk about today cuz they beat the lines in the Bears the past two weeks. Okay. Big whoop. I mean, I knew, like to me, when I saw those games, I'm like, those were games. They should. And who and who they lose to, by the way, a really struggling Tampa, Tampa team. Yeah. I mean, we're the same team week one as they are now. You can argue that. But in any case, what I'll say is do, do you really not believe the Cowboys would give the Vikings fits? Like you think the Vikings would handle it, Defeat them, like, No. No, But if I, But, but there's, You actually think the vi, the Vikings are better than the Cowboys. I, I wouldn't laugh at somebody if they said, I, I have the cowboys, I have the vi things over the Cowboys. You said who else in the NFC could challenge Minnesota? I, No, no, no. Who else in the NFC will you definitively put ahead of Minnesota? I mean, can you definitively put San Francisco ahead of ahead of them? Well, I, I, can I? Cause I believe that San Francisco's better. I think Dallas is better. I do definitively. Yeah, I, I mean, I would, you know, you know what? I would love to happen. Minnesota's gonna win the division. We all know that, right? Minnesota's gonna go to Minnesota. I love to see that too. Oh my God. I will laugh so hard in your face. So hard in your face. I'll take the, when the Cowboys, when the Cowboys. Either lose to a team like Tampa, which I'm sure you're begging for them to go to Tampa or, or the cowboys go up in Minnesota and, and, and play. I would freak. I, I would, I would love that. That would be so fantastic. What would you say, let's say the Cowboys are better, who else is better than Minnesota? Yeah, I'll give'em, They're, they're, they're maybe the fourth best and, and what did I say? I said Minnesota, by nature of the NFC is basically anywhere from third, you expect Minnesota to do anything meaningful. That's the point. Yeah. When a win a playoff game for a first year coach, are you outta your mind with that stack team? That's all he is. Do. That's a team that, that didn't make the playoffs last year. First year head coach comes in and he wins the playoff game every year though. Seriously? Are you just trying to argue, Just to argue or, or you're not seeing the, You're not seeing the fact that first year head coach comes in and wins a playoff game. You don't that Minnesota, Minnesota isn't some reclamation project. They're, They've always had a good. They weren't some awful team that were resurrected from the dead in the last six to eight years. I recall Minnesota winning one playoff game, and that's when they went to when they went to New Orleans and Delvin Cook ran rough shot over, over the Saints. What was that, four years ago? Three years ago. Four years ago? Yeah. Yeah. When they hit call Rudolph in the in over time. And, and it was Delvin Cook, just going ape shit in that game. Right? If I recall. If I think so. Yeah, I think so. Okay. So here's the thing. You have a team that's been in the shadow, that's been in the shadow of of Green Bay for years and years and years, but let's, Yeah. And it took them losing Devonte. I see. These teams think they're better than they actually are when they're really only doing better because the teams around them got. Right? Like Washington's one of those teams, right? Every time they won the nfcs is because there was a major injury, right? Like they thought they were great, but let's look at Minnesota over the past few years, right? 20 15, 11 and five. Then eight and eight, 13 and 3, 8, 7 and one 10 and six, seven and nine, eight, and. Okay. They've been, When was the last time they hosted their playoff game? Kru for the fans in Minnesota to enjoy a playoff game. They've, The last time they went to the playoffs? No, no. The last time they hosted, The last time they went to the playoffs game. Why? Why are you moving the goal post? Why does it matter if they hosted or they, No, they're in the same division as the Packers. So for them to host the game, they have to win. They have to win their, Okay. That's Ksh. That's my point. Put yourself in the shoes of the fans. They've been basically the hated rivals. The Green Bay Packers have been taking them to the wood. For how many years now? 20 plus years. Because of the combination of Brett Farbin and, and Aaron Rogers. All right. They were, they were in the NFC Championship in 2017 against the Eagles. Okay, that's that's fine. But their coach just got fired. You're trying to tell me, You're trying to tell me that if they went at home playoff game, that's not a big deal. I think. I think them having a home playoff game is a big deal for sure. And then, And then on top of it, winning. But like, Okay, so, but like, but they have a good team already. Okay. You don't think that's a step? Kuro, They just fired their coach last year. It's more of a big deal because they, cuz Green Bay isn't the, isn't the talk of the division anymore. I just don't think it's like, like they've always had decent rosters. I just, you know what I mean? Have, have they not always split with Green Bay anyways, And by the way, they did in, in 2017, they won the division. So the, the last time they hosted and won a playoff game was in 20 s. I mean, Okay, there you go. Is is, is that that long ago? I mean five years ago. I mean, yes. Okay. Like, you know, how are you Listen, just because you've been waiting since 1995 for the Cowboy. They've been to multiple conference championships. The Cowboys haven't even got past the business, George. Yes, exactly. So, so here, here's, here's, here's my point. Five years is a long time. Five years is a, five years is a long. Right, but they've, they've still been in the playoffs, right? Like, I don't know. I mean, I, I guess when your standards are to Dallas Cowboys of, of never winning a playoff game, I, I guess I understand why you don't think no matter what you say, no matter what you say, first year head coach coming in and winning a playoff game is huge. Okay. Yeah. I mean, but you were handed, of course, they have the, they have the, they have the pieces for long term success. Young, great. Left tackle. If, if Devonte Adams was on the Packers, would they still be in this position? Probably not. Who knows? I, I, I think you have to be honest with yourself. Okay. Hold on. Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Hold. Hold on a second. They always split games with the Packers anyways. Okay. So let's say they would've lost the first game. They still would be what? They still would be six and two. Okay. And you're trying to tell me that's, that's not an accomplishment. Six and two is a pretty damn good record. And that's where I go to look at who they. Look who they, They're pretenders. This is gonna be the Cardinals of pretenders. For what? They're gonna win the freaking division. They're gonna host the playoff game. How are they pretenders? They're the cardinals. They're the cardinals of 20, 20, 21. I'm telling you. Just wait, wait for it, wait for it. So, so they're fifth, they're their fifth best team in the division, right? Honestly, probably. They, they probably are. Okay. So, so, okay, you, you, you got, you got the who, who are your top five breakdown? Give them to me. I, I might take Seattle over the Vikings. Right now, the way they're. I wouldn't, I mean, would that shock you if the Vikings loss of the Seahawks Right now, the way Seattles playing Rush in the nfl, nothing would shock me. But this is when you're picking and choosing to win an argument. You asked me a question, I answered the question. Okay, great. The bowl champs over em too because they, you know, they're the bowl champs. Right. Would it shock you if the, Would it shock you if the Rams beat them? No, it wouldn't. I think you can make an argument that. Seattle's better than Minnesota. Could you make an argument? New Orleans is better than them. Right up there. Right up there. Could you make an argument that you couldn't make an argument for anything? Look, look. Here, here's here. Here's the thing. Sharp. The Cowboys actually play the Vikings, so you, you don't have to wait long to see that match up. If you look at their schedule things, things do change here. Okay? Yeah. Okay. They play The commanders who aren't, aren't a gimme like apparently anymore. Then they, then they play the bills, the cowboys. Patriots. That's, that's a bit of a tougher stretch. Right. But I would say Bill's, cowboys, Let's see how they cause look, the rest of their schedule's a cake walk. Jets, Lions cult who are struggling bears. Bears who, Yeah, they're getting better, but they're still the bears, right? Like you play the lions twice, bears, I mean, they don't have, they've got a, I mean, they should finish with 13 wins based on this schedule. So let's see how they do this. And you're telling me that's not a big win for Minnesota. I'm not saying it's not a big one. I'm just saying, I'm just saying that they're not a real contender. Sure, you can, you can celebrate your beating up on crappy teams. That, that, that's your right. Would you be shocked? Would you be shocked if they're in the NFC championship game? Yes. Oh my God, yes. So, so, so here's the thing. I'm putting the 49ers, I'm putting the 49ers as a second best team. Isn't it possible just because of the nature of the records that the 49ers have to go to Philly and play and lose or win? So where, where 49ers and, and and Eagles knock each other off and that leaves Minnesota to make it to the NFC Championship game. I mean, there's always a scenario, but it would surprise me if Minnesota made it to, made it to the Commerce championship. All right. They would, they would, that would most likely require them having to win on the road in tough conditions. No, no. They could win their home game. They could win their home game. Yeah. But then that would require, like, like that would require like, you know actually, yeah. You're, if, if, if, if they keep beating up on these bad teams to get the two seed, then they would get two, they would get two hum playoff games. Yeah, you're right. You're. You're right. I, if you're telling me for a first year head coach, that's not a big, that's not you. They, I, I got new spray pal. They're not winning. They, they're not winning. You could give em all, every playoff game at home. They're not gonna win more than one. Okay. maybe. Maybe you're right, but then you're definitely not right. We'll see. Or you, or rather, you're not definitely right. Can, can, can you at least agree that based on who they've played we'll get a better idea of who Minnesota is based on how they perform against Buffalo and Dallas? Is that, is that at least fair to say? It is very fair to say, but here's the thing. Kro good is, Are the Ravens a good team? They're, they're okay this year. They're, they're the other, I, I would put the Ravens at the same level as the Vikings. Is that fair? Yeah, but like, they're just like a, they're just like more battle tested, better coach, like, okay. That, that's fine. So, so you're making my point for me, you're saying that the Ravens are better than the vis, right? I, I don't, I mean, like, if you like, measure every single player for talent, for talent, maybe not okay. But if I, if I'm playing game, I'm taking, Gimme the Ravens. So, so therefore, so therefore, you know what the Vikings have done that the Ravens haven't is have bad losses. Yeah, you're right. Cuz they haven't played. No, but no, no, no, no. But they, no, when I say bad losses, I'm talking about losses to teams that should, like the Bengals just had a bad loss against, against the, against the Browns. It's very easy. Kuru. In 1997, we were on a roll. We thought, we thought we were gonna do just go destroy things, right? We had a three game road stretch where we were playing the Titans, the Rams. And one other team. I disagree. I don't think the Ray ones have had any, have had any bad loss. Okay. Let me, I'm telling you, this is short story time now. So we, we had, we had, we had a three playoff road game where we were, where we should have gone three and o in that road game. And we won one and two Corro and it just derailed us. That's the year that the Giants won the division. And they tied us at the end and, and, and they won the division and we missed the playoffs because of that, when the team doesn't have any bad losses. That's a, that's a good. They've taken care of business when they need it to. We're ha We're halfway through the season, buddy. We'll, we'll, we'll see. All right. We shall see for another day, my friend. In any case, the Cardinals fall. I think the Cliff Kingsbury ary experiments a failure over there. They're gonna learn their hard way. Good for them. Sure. We're talking about, we're talking about Seattle. Let's go to Seattle. They finally. Show that the New York Giants are human. Congrats Seattle. You've joined the illustrious category with the Dallas Cowboys of being the other team that's defeated the Giants. So, so good on them for that. They're, they're in the same club with, with the, with the Cowboys. Now on that front, 27 13, the final score. And this one, the Giants have won the fourth quarter in every game. Pete Carroll did not allow it. And Gino Smith, man, what can you say this guy is dealing. 2 12, 2 tds. He actually had a, a touchdown drop by Tyler Lock. So he came back, showed some resilience and Seattle causing some turnovers in this game on punt returns that were just fumbled by Richie James. And fortunately for him, he was injured. Looks like for the, for the year on that last one. But look, Seattle for some turnovers at opportune times, they kind of, they, they kind of like did the New York thing to the Giants. Like they, they did their own thing to them and they pull out in this one and one by two touchdowns and you kind of see the giants like, you know, To me, it's like if you don't play stupid and if you don't hand the game, this is kind of who the giants are. And they're, they're a very, they're a solid team. They're very well coached. But in that sense, like they got a little bit exposed, I think in terms of like, when you don't make dumb mistakes in the fourth quarter, this is probably what you can expect. King. Explain the Giants. What did you see? No. Absolutely. And by the way, the Giants for one of the bad losses for the RAVs that I was counting on. Yeah. And that was just a bad, bad pick that Lamar through that got him back in the I was, Yeah, you're right. That was a bad loss. A game. A game. Again, I don't look at, you know me, I don't look at records. I'm the last person that looks at records. Okay. A game where the, where, where they basically allowed a bad team to beat them or mediocre teams to beat them. Yeah, that's what I was talking about. The Vikings. But anyways, what, what, what I saw with this look, Seattle, Pete, Gerald, God bless them, man, guy man. Oh man. What a coach. Talk about, talking about changing the narrative in less than a season, right? Yeah. And, and I mean, who would've thought the, the Seahawks sole possession of first place and the NFC West a, a division with the defending champ. The 49ers and the Cardinals, all who were in the files last. Right. So, yeah. But, but, but here's the thing here, here's where I can tell you that, that the Cardinals will be better than the, than, than the Seahawks is in a, is is in a video game contest. Cause I bet you their quarterback is better at video games than Juno Smith So anyways, having said that, look, I, I, I still, I still believe that the best team in the in the NFC West is a 49ers. Yes, I agree. Like I, I, you know, it's a great story. Pete Carroll's already overachieved, but let's be honest, if we're looking at these teams, and honestly if, if we're betting on it, like, you know the nine are still winning this division, right? I mean, is that, is that, that's, that's, that's, Yeah. Look, look, they just beat Rams at home and they didn't play too well and they didn't have their, well now second best player, but they didn't have a superstar. Debo Samuel's playing. Yep. So the, Yeah, the Rams is broken right now. They're just broken right now. Yeah. But honestly, I, I actually, they, they had to lead at half and I was like, Oh, wow. They, they're, they're, they're, Look, they were, they were playing fairly well, but the, but they haven't put it together for four quarters at any point this season. Right. But 40. But, but the thing is that the 49ers are legitimate. So I, I really like the 49ers. Even. Yes. Even though the record is four and four, I think they're the second best team in the, in, in the NFC after the Eagles. And and what they, they're one game behind Seattle. One game or two games. Our one game. They're what they're four and five? Four. Four and four. Yeah. So yeah, they're game back. Okay. So I, I saw, I also picked the 49ers to win the. I also took the 49ers to win the division and and to have the bye week this week, Deebo is gonna get healthy. Christian McCaffery. I mean, God almighty. Yeah, mighty. They, they got the triple crown out him. They touched a passing touchdown rugby. You see that? Do you see that catch in the, in the, in the side of the end zone? Great catch. No, he's, he's clearly gonna pay dividends over there and here. And here's the other thing that I saw in that game. Is there was, there was a touchdown to George Kettle where Christian McCaffrey flared out and this safety gov covering the inside route of George Kettle actually started running towards Christian care. And, and, and Jimmy, Jesus had kettle open. Literally the effect that Christian McCaffrey's having. I saw two, three plays, big plays on one of'em was on that touchdown I was talking about. A couple of them were on really important first sounds where his presence of just running. A little flare route, which is just running, you know the, an out route from the backfield just froze the defense to the point where everybody else was open. Deebo, Samuels, and those receivers and Kittle are gonna have a field, Dave, just, just by, just by the fact that Christian McCaffrey's playing, they're gonna be fun to watch. Giant at the other hand, pedestrian day. Just to close on them Daniel Jones, 1 76. No tds, no picks, Saquon broccoli, very much bottled up. 53 yards on 20 carries. So just, they did a great job. Seattle did. And look. Sure. Seattle, their next stretch of games. Okay, They play the, at Arizona, at Tampa, home to the Raiders, at the Rams home to the Panthers. And then after that, the sixth game is against the Niners. It, I can see Seattle going, you know, five and one, four and two in that stretch, potentially like that. I could also see Seattle going two and five in that stretch. They could, they. But they look a lot better than we thought they would be. Oh, I, no, I, I just got done saying, Pete, Charles just changed the narrative completely. But I'm telling you at the same thing that happened, I think there's like more, we like we're waiting for the implosion. It still might happen, but it hasn't happened yet. And, and, and you know why it hasn't happened yet is because they're doing things the run the right way. They're running the ball, they're beating themselves, focusing on the run, and they're, they're timing. When, when they attack the, they, they attack the defense deep. It's not like it's one of those teams where they're not attacking defenses deep. They are, but they're, but they're timing it. Perfect. They're timing it perfectly with just like setting up the run and just attacking with the perfect timing. I'm just really impressed with Keith Charro. I, I can't, I can't say enough. I mean, he looks like a damn genius, doesn't he? Russell, don't tell me that Russell Wilson isn't paying attention, right? Oh, absolutely. And the Seahawk char, they're in the top third of the league in yards per game on offense. So, I mean, like, you gotta be looking at that and, and comparing that to a team. You know, Denver with Russell Wilson. I mean, they, they seem like they made out like bandits, in this thing. They like geniuses. But look, it'll be very interesting to see if, you know, if Seattle, I mean, they should beat the Cardinals can be a good game, but they, I mean, I feel like I give the edge of Seattle Tampa's wounded. The Raiders are wounded, the Rams are wounded, the Panthers are rebuilding. Like they can win the majority of those games going into that, that match up and they host the nine. Over there. So that'll be interesting. They've already, they already lost, they got blown out by the Niners in San Francisco earlier this year, or Santa Clara rather. So they might be looking to give something back to to sf. In in December. Yeah. Yeah. But like, like I said, I also wouldn't be shocked if, if they lost every single one of those games except for Carolina. So there's no respect on the, on Pete Care. I'm a man. Come on. No, no, no. But no, it just, look, it's, again, like, like you said, we're just, we're just waiting for an implosion. I'm not saying it's gonna happen, but. But I'm not, I'm not gonna be shocked if it does happen. So what and what a job Pete Carroll's done. You can't, can't say enough about, about him and, and what he's been able to do with this team this year. Sharp by the way. I, I gotta, I know you don't wanna talk about this game, but the reason why I wanted to talk about it, I'm gonna drop one thing. Go and look. Highlight tape of Russell Wilson getting hit. In that game, and look at the reaction of the offensive lineman when he's getting hit or when he is getting dumped on the on, on the, on the on the ground. Just go, What, what, what? In one line, what did you see? They don't, they, they're not running to him to pick him up. During Kru an offensive line that his quarterback or running back gets hit. Literally it, Our job was to you block, you run to the ball, and you pick up your running back. Usually you damn for sure pick up your quarterback after you've given up set May, maybe Denver's O line had a Zoom call with the Azo line. It was like, you know what, maybe, maybe I'm seeing just, I'm just seeing some stuff out. But just, just do me a favor, you those listening, courage. Go, go, go, go check it out. Go check it out. I look, I, I, I, when it comes to all line stuff, I take your word as gospel, man. Like, I, I, I trust you. You should, you should take my word as gospel and anything related anyways, come on. It's not I carried here. But Char, speaking of your playing days, your old team, the Raiders, disappointing loss, 24, nothing. They get shut out. In the Super Dome in New Orleans to follow the two and five dead last in the AFC West. The Saints going into this game, were giving up the second most points of any team and the Raiders with Devonte Adams and Derek Carr, and Hunter Renfrow and Josh Jenkins. All these weapons seemingly cannot muster up a single point. Sure. They didn't even cross midfield until the two minute warning in the fourth quarter when the Saints backups were in with their starters in the. I mean, this was a disgraceful performance, and I hate to say that it's a strong word, but this was bad. This was embarrassing. I, you know, like, what, what, what can you even say about a game like this? Derek Carr, 101 yards, one interception. Josh Jacobs 10 carries 43 yards. It's a pedestrian day at the office. And where, where, where are these receivers at? Devon Adams won catch for three yards. Like, what? What is going on with the Raider? Hey, listen, I don't know. All, all I know is that in two of my fantasy leagues I lost, Cause Devonte Adams had 0.7 points for me. So it, it's, it was an absolute shocker. And I'm guessing you didn't have Vin Camara, cuz he absolutely went off in this one, three touchdowns, 150 plus to yards. He had, Yeah, he, he, he had a Christian cafe type of day, but, and hey, what? I don't want to get lost. Andy. Dalton, very efficient. 22 outta 32 20. Two. Two tds 117 quarterback. I mean, he. He's been good. He's been good. They named him the starter with James being fully healthy. Yeah. So, and, and again, I don't know if I said this to you last week, but the rumor had it that the reason why he's starting is because of Alvin Camara. You mentioned that. Yeah, cuz he, he, he, he throws the ball to him and Alvin Camara and nine receptions, 96 yards, two touchdowns. You don't think, you don't think. Good things happen when you put the ball and Alvin Camaro's hands. Right. You, you don't, you don't, you don't think Alvin Camara had had an effect going, saying, I don't want this quarterback, He doesn't, you know, he doesn't look my way. He's just looking. I mean, look, look, he, he's basically, if the story that I've heard is true, he was vindicated, correct? Absolutely vindicated in, in terms of. In, in, in terms of basically saying, I want this guy to start. So, yeah, AB, look, Andy Dalton, he's a guy that, that, that, you know, I've been, I've been supporting saying that he's, he's, he's, he's a guy that's, that's like a, like, like in the range of, of a two up. A guy that can win games for you. So, Look it, it, it's, it's doomed. Phenomenally. But yeah, the Raiders just took an absolute dump. This is one of those games where if I was the head coach, I would say, We're not watching this tape. We're throwing it out. But they've had several games like that. They've taken a dump. This is ku. This has been the worst. This is by far been the worst. It's the, it's, it's, it's the, the smelliest dump of the bunch is what you're saying? Yeah. It's, it's, it's just straight hot garbage just came out over under a 48 and a half. Yeah. No, this is, this was a, this was a terrible, terrible game. And and, and you just gotta throw out bud, but I, I, a rumor had it, reports have it, that, that Mark Davis had a private conversation with McDaniels. So he did, he did. So I wonder what the discussion on that is. May, maybe it's the way you've lost, you know, It, it, it's and you're supposed to look, you're supposed to be an offensive genius. You're supposed to be an offensive team to be, you're supposed to be a, a bellick disciple. Right? Right. And well, you, if you're calling Carter as the offensive side and your of offense absolutely goes out there and doesn't cross the 50 by the end of the game. That's, that's saying something. It's, And I, look, I know Dennis Allens a, a good defensive mind and he's always had Tom Brady's number, but they have not been particularly great this year. No, no. Marshan Lattimore No. Cameron Jordan, I mean, they, they, they've been handicapped on defense. This. And just not actually Cam Jordan didn't play in this game, but still, no still no market. You'd think without Latimore that they, to exploit that with Devon Adams, I, I can't figure, I can't figure out the Saints. They're, they're je and high team. It's, the Saints are three and five. They're, they're nothing right at home about, but they had the Raider's number on this day and yeah, we'll see, man. I mean, McDaniel's flamed out in Denver as a head coach. You know, you. It's not the case here. It's really not a good start to his tenure here. And look the, the, the Saints. They didn't even have, they had Alvin Camaro, but Simon and Theodore weren't playing either. So I, you know, what If Simon and Theodore were playing in that game, well would happen then. Right? No, it's that was, that was a bad joke. I was going off the Alvin in the ch lungs. Alvin? Simon. Theodore, but, Oh, I couldn't hear you. I thought, I thought you said Thomas. Thomas and Landy weren't playing. Sorry. They had Alvin, but Simon and Theodore set this one out, you know? For some reason I thought you said Landry and Thomas. When you said Simon, I thought you said Thomas Oh. But yeah, sorry. Joke failed joke bumped. My apologies. I ruined it for you. No, I, I, I bombed it too. I was just like, anytime I see Alvin Cab's name, I look for a way to reference the chipmunks. Cause I was a yes. You've done it many a times in this. All those guys growing up now always will show love to them. But no, in any case, man, yeah, tough, tough loss for the Raiders shark That does it for our coverage free. Things are gonna getting spicy. We're halfway through the season. This is where the real season begins. As, as they say, Char. It's gonna be fun, man. It's gonna be fun. We're halfway through though, which is tough to, tough to talk about. Can you, I, I, every, every year this happens, I'm like, I can't believe we're halfway through the season. And and it's crazy. It goes by too soon. It does. But some big traits today, man. Things still are very wide open. Some of these divisions a lot to me sorted out, man. I'm looking forward to it, buddy. Absolutely, Absolutely, buddy. Right. Until next time. All right, thank you.
