Present Moment Awareness; With Colin Chenery

     Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Colin Chenery, author of, "Six Circles of Mindfulness, Living Life Fully Through Present Moment Awareness." Colin wrote "Six Circles of Mindfulness," as a personal framework for mindfulness that was developed during his travels through the Himalayas and Japan. His book offers practices for awareness, presence and an inner balance through daily life. 

     We discussed practices of meditation, counseling and coaching as well as how therapists help families through very difficult times. Getting people who are struggling through hardships to the other side, with guidance and positivity.
