On the third episode of How to Student, Sarah interviews Carlo Kemp, a Michigan Football defensive lineman and co-captain. While playing for the Wolverines, Carlo is currently pursuing a graduate degree in social work.

On this episode, Sarah and Carlo  talk about his life as a student-athlete, leadership, and the importance of learning from failure. They will also discuss Carlo's  approach to handling the stereotypes associated with being an African-American student-athlete at Michigan while setting an example for the next generation through his non-profit, Goals for Souls.
