But that is a LIE from the pit of hell!!!

I've had to endure MANY fights, fears and loss to gain this "happy" but I am so glad I endured and kept praying, kept crying out, kept fasting , kept worshipping corporately with my brothers/sisters in Christ and meditating on God's word!

It's Coming Together!

Just when "things" seem to be falling apart, God reminds us that "it's" actually coming together! If Gideon didn't know His God, he would've thought He was setting him up for failure. To have your team of warriors reduced to a mere 300 and the enemy you are about to go into battle with is "thick as locusts and camels as numerous as the grains of sands..."Judges6, you would be scared to death!!! But our God says something VERY powerful as He continues to convince Gideon that He is "with him". He tells him that he will defeat his enemy, as if he were in a fight with only 1 person!!! WOW!!!

The fight is fixed. You have to face it. But you (we) are not alone.

For MANY years I have sown into others thinking that would make them "like me" or "appove of me" but what it really did was, allow them to use, abuse and disrespect me. My kindness was taken for weakness and the very people I trusted began to have contempt for me.

Today, I take full responsibility for ALLOWING that to occur.

If you are still passing blame and/or playing the victim, this prayer ISN'T for you. But if you are humbly owning up to being insecure and allowing people to mistreat you because you felt like you needed their "validation", then bring your faith and join me in prayer!

When you need to pray the most, you will feel least like doing it. I've been praying 40 minutes a day for 27 days (going for 40 days) and I am spiritually exhausted! I am having ALL the feels as I sit with God in prayer. He is revealing, uncovering, chastening and reviving my heart. I'm pushing these prayers out because this is REALITY. In 2019, you are going to have to DO what you have been taught in the word of God. The enemy is fine with you saying the occasional "thank you Jesus" and "receiving" every good word that is posted on social media, but he (Satan) is SCARED TO DEATH when you start making time for prayer and believing Gods plan for your life, and nothing is really changing or moving...yet.

Can You Handle Being Blessed?

I pushed this prayer out! I know I've been MIA, but I've been under serious spiritual attacks. When the enemy sees he can't get to you, he will attack those you love. He showed up and I withstood him in prayer! I started a 40 day prayer journey (40 minutes of prayer for 40 consecutive days) and he showed up on day 1 wreaking havoc!!!

I'm on day 20. I'm exhausted physically but ENCOURAGED spiritually! That's why I said, I pushed this out. I almost didn't record it...but I want you to "see" that warfare isn't always pretty. Walking by faith, believing and declaring His word isn't always a "walk in the park". No, No, NO...I've been in the valley...and my God has remained FAITHFUL!!!

You can finally see that "you are the cause" and that things need to change. They need to change because you aren't happy, you aren't satisfied with where you are. You've spent MOST of your life trying to be someone you thought you should be, instead of being who God created you to be. You need protection from you because no matter where you go, the you that reasons, justifies and lies will keep you right where you are...in bondage and fear. Bring your faith and let's pray!

Everyone has there "thing" that they make excuses for. Whether it be losing weight, quitting drinking and abusing drugs, unforgiveness, accepting help, being a more loving and sacrificial spouse, attending church, saving money...and yet we want to be blessed with (fill in the blank). I'm learning that God will not bless you with more is you embrace and master little. Paul says, "I discipline myself like an athlete, training it (attitude, perspective, response, reactions, decisions) to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others (operating in your gift in public) I myself might be disqualified (living poorly; lack of self control; confidence; courage; faith)."1Cor9:27 In other words, if we don't master our flesh, "it" will continue to guide our lives and leave us feeling unhappy, unfulfilled and unlikeable. Praying Against Narcissistic Abuse!

I believe narcissistic abuse does far more damage than any other abuse because it seeks to confuse the mind, warp reality and relentlessly beat you down verbally, emotionally and many times physically. A narcissist is a spirit crusher. They seek to control, confuse and torment individuals to gratify their insatiable egotistical/prideful mind. The goal of a narcissist is to make the victim feel more dependent on them and ever less likely to leave. If you have suffered at the hands of a narcissist, my heart breaks for you! It is not your fault and YOU CAN HAVE A HEALTHY, VIBRANT LIFE...but you must escape their abuse. In the story of David and Goliath the giant was an actual person who harassed the Isreal army for 40 days!!! While there are many people who do, most of us don't. Hope For Those Living With Mental Illness

I believe in God and acknowledge that I have Mental Illness. I don't lack faith because I admit that. We must shape our Theology according to the Bible, not our feelings and/or traditions. Jesus showed us an example of healthy grief work (when He heard Lazarus died) and Job, Paul, Jeremiah, Jonah and Elisha exhibit bouts of extreme sadness, anxiety, paranoia and hopelessness. Yet, God used their lives to show how great and mighty He is through sickness and crippling pain. This episode is for ANYONE who wants to get well. "When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, "Do you want to be made well?"- John5:6
