Our work task involves building Obstacles for use in martial art classes, making them both strong, versatile, and usable by many students. Then we talk about using the Obstacle Course Training in our martial arts to develop more skills, strength, coordination, balance, and speed while having FUN! Lastly, we talked about Ninja Intelligence and Cunning to use in everyday life.
