She combines neuro-linguistic training with psychological training to help her ED clients deal with the issues that are having a negative impact on their lives, so they can achieve lasting change. She also draws on other approaches, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Schema Therapy, humanistic therapies, Reiki, and third-wave methods (mindfulness and compassion approach therapy).
