Joseph Zarelli, previously known as simply the "Boy in the Box", was a four-year-old child whose extensively beaten body was found on the side of the road, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in February of 1957. He spent over half a century unidentified until his true identity was discovered in December of 2022!
