Chiller Room Secrets: the stories behind the Australian meat industry’s quest for perfection will take you on a journey through the meat industry via the careers and experiences of some of its most colorful and influential characters. 

Throughout the season, you’ll meet the likes of American meat scientist Dave Pethick and Paul Gibson, the innovation manager at ACC, Australia's largest vertically integrated beef supply chain. 

In the first episode, you’ll hear the story of the start of meat judging and grading in Australia from one of its founding fathers, MLA boss Jason Strong.  

The ICMJ podcast is an initiative of the Australian Intercollegiate Meat Judging Association to showcase the career paths within the meat processing industry. 

ICMJ is a not-for-profit association which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn, building the pool of intelligent young meat industry representatives into the future.
