The latest episode of the ICMJ podcast features a conversation with Australian Country Choice Research Development Innovation Manager Paul Gibson. 

Mr Gibson's 30 year career in meat processing started in a non-traditional way and has seen him climb the ranks from laborer to manager. Mr Gibson now searches for new and unique ways to make the meat business - from paddock to plate - more sustainable and profitable for everyone involved. 

The ICMJ is a not-for-profit association which aims to provide an opportunity for students to learn and to build the pool of intelligent young meat industry representatives, fired with enthusiasm who will give the Australian meat industry the expertise and drive to compete in the meat quality world of the future.
