S3E30 - Playoff Adversity Starts Here / Suns tie it up heading into LA

IT'S THE MF PLAYOFFS AND THE VIBES ARE HERE, BABY. 

While the Suns did start things off a little bit rough, they come out of Phoenix with their first round playoff series tied 1-to-1 with the Los Angeles Clippers. With two huge games in LA, the Suns can come back to Phoenix with the opportunity to either win the series or take a crucial lead, so long as they don't lose both in LA. 

Game 1 and Game 2 provided enough to write the most dramatic bestselling novel of all time, but I tried my best to fit them into a podcast episode instead.

• Where is the room for improvement from game 1
• The start of Game 2 and the panic that ensued.

The Suns head into Los Angeles for game 3 Thursday, game 4 Saturday afternoon before heading back to Phoenix for the crucial game 5 on Tuesday.

• Cameron Payne possible return from injury
• Where defenses may change for both the Suns and Clippers in game 3 and beyond
• VALLEY EXCELLENCE

At the end of the episode, I mention all the other playoff series and refer back to the predictions I made for each series in last week's episode of Suns Mode. 

• How things are going in Timberwolves vs Nuggets, the series that will determine the next opponent for the Suns shall they make it past the first round. 

Next week on Suns Mode, we will be discussing the three huge games from the Suns this series and seeing what is next after game 5. The possibilities are endless, as the Suns could either win or lose the series. Either team could be up 3-2 with an opportunity to win in 6. We will unfortunately not know until then what is next for the team but I promise, Suns Mode will be here forever.

We are in the thick of NBA Playoffs, but the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury play their first regular season game in 30 days. The Suns Mode podcast goes hard for the Merc too, so remain ready to hear about them as well as we get closer and closer.
