Why I got interested in commercial
1. the idea of dealing with business owners rather than tenants attracted me
2. was told that more money could be made in commercial
3. I like the sophistication it requires
4. offers a great diversity of products: retail, office, medical office, veterinary, industrial... which can seem daunting at the same time if you look for deals
