birthed from the kinship of her shadows,

Bravely choosing to move out of the cold, brisk storms,

Humble to recognize what kept her.

Hi and welcome to episode 32 with me, your host Laura Beddoe. On spiritual and sassy and today we're going to be exploring how to listen to your inner wild woman. So we have four main archetypes of the womanhood, which tie in with the menstrual cycle. And the wild woman is part of the month or part of the cycle or part of the season that is either tied into the week leading up to your menstrual cycle. Or if you're going through the season in your life where you are starting to wind down and you're going through the perimenopause or the menopause. So this is when our wild women or it can also be known as our in Chondrus starts to illuminate the shadows so if you're somebody that struggles with PMS, or if you're somebody that if you're somebody that really dreads their menstrual cycle really dreads that part of the month, then it is because you are suppressing your inner world hunger and you're not listening to her. And that's why you feel so frustrated. And inside of my membership wealth woman in a tribe we really are going to be diving into how to really understand what that part of you why it's frustrated. Is it the food that you're eating, is it old, suppress the emotions that you are not dealing with, to really start to surrender and let go back in November of last year. That I really, really embodied this. In November last year, I had a complete burnout. And I felt I felt really on the edge of having a breakdown. And I've had two breakdowns in my life. So that was scary. And I decided I spoke to my fiance. I spoke to my fiance and I was like I need I need to take some time out of work. I'm going to work with the clients that I have, but I'm not going to market anything throughout December I need to have this time off because I'm scared that I'm going to have a breakdown. I was still holding on to lots of anger around my nan dying in the pandemic. I was carrying a lot of anger around Boris Johnson and their parties and everything like that whilst when I was dying. I was holding on to some other personal things that were going on in my life. And I hadn't dealt with them even though I teach about surrender. I was holding on to all of this stuff. And I was I was doing what most people do is I was ignoring the stuff because that seems like it is easier. It seems like it's easier to just get on with your life then actually deal with the stuff. But the thing is, is that when you haven't if you decide not to deal with your stuff, that you're suppressing the stuff that is getting you down the stuff that has made you anxious, depressed, sad, grief, as I've mentioned, all of these things that are low vibration, if we push them down and don't deal with them, they will affect us either physically and come out with severe illness later down the line or mentally and come out as depression or anxiety or or whatever else. That is my belief. A lot of us will go out there and try to help others overcome their problems. But and especially when you do that for a living will journey for me and it was a lesson for me because my higher power was like you can't go out and teach this stuff. If you're not doing the inner work you need to do the inner work. And that's why I had this burnout. I had this burnout in December, and I had literally I did no work at all focused on my mental health. I enjoyed being a mommy I I leaned into my divine feminine I got to know my cycle. And I really leaned into what
I teach. And during that time, I'd set no intentions except for to really lean into my own mental health. And yeah, just it was just this beautiful moment when one of my absolute idols reached out to me in that time and asked me if I would do a workshop around the menstrual cycle. And as I was preparing the work, something inside me clicked. Something inside me just clicked and this was only what we're in nearly in June, six months ago and I just had this moment where I completely understood what my inner world was trying to teach me. And now I'm this is the thing that I want to help women with. I want women to help women to really understand that that in world women is trying to help them. If you're listening to this and you think I just feel stressed all the time in the week leading up to my period, then it's because you aren't able at the moment you're not able to observe your thinking. If you were to strip that back in and be able to observe your thinking, you'll be able to see what it is that's affecting you. And of course, if you are in the mode of being stressed and you you don't know how to meditate, you are blocked, you're basically really blocked because of stress. And because of trauma, it's all just piled on. It's like we are like an iceberg. We have our conscious mind and our subconscious mind. And of course I'm I'm a I'm I'm highly skilled in the subconscious mind so I can observe my own. But when you don't know how to do that. You can go and see somebody that is an expert and can help you to do that. If you're not at that point where you think oh, I just don't know how to even I don't know how to do this. Then seeing somebody like myself is going to help you to break down. What is it that is stressing you out so much. Is it something from the past? Is it something you're eating and it will be one of one of those things it will be something from the past or but it will always be something from the past because if you are over eating or you're going for the wrong food choices, that again is limiting beliefs. So that is what the wild woman archetype. Is, is when you're angry and frustrated when you're going through the menopause or going through the part of the cycle where the lead up to the end of the month. If you are not feeling okay in that time it means that your sacral energy is so hot and fiery and that is why you are having these, these physical effects of anger and all of the rest of the things that you're experiencing.
