In this quick episode I share some thoughts on trauma and healing wounds without blaming our parents.
Even with loving parents & grandparents, we can still have small trauma in our life that can unconsciously hold us back.
Some encounter big trauma & some small trauma.
What does it all mean and how can we start looking at things differently so that we can move forward and heal the wounds?
We're all on a soul journey and I believe the friction we encounter is often necessary for us to grow. It's pain that gets our attention and it seems that not every generation is designed to (or prepared) to do the healing.
Is it just one big game of spiritual leap frog?
It's just a quick thought process, recorded while my husband was running around the Bunnings store! (Listen for the boot chime when he's back and inadvertently interrupting my train of thought)
Let me know what you think!
