Chancey recognized by ALPALS

Kick- starting the ALPALS (Alabama People Against a Littered State) program after years of dormancy in Clarke County has the state taking notice. ALPALS Executive Director Jamie Mitchell credited Clarke County Commissioner Barry Chancey for bringing the program back to life in the area. “Barry has done a great job bringing the community together,” Mitchell said. “We’ve tried to get all of our counties on board to have cleanups and use our support in that effort.
