Entire Legislature up for vote

Voters will decide all 140 members of the Alabama Legislature and the state’s congressional delegation this year. Locally, a competitive race appears to be shaping up for the Alabama House District 65 seat. Incumbent Republican Brett Easterbrook of Fruitdale is not seeking re-election and three Republicans have announced their candidacy for the seat — Washington County Public Library Director Jessica Ross, Washington County law enforcement officer John Knapp and Choctaw Sun-Advocate publisher Dee Ann Campbell, who previously ran unsuccessfully for the office.
