After a lengthy illness, Alice Faye Brown Oliver, 87, died Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Jackson Medical Center with family by her side. She is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Hutchinson and Lori Oliver and by four grandchildren, Sam Hutchinson, Addy Oliver, Dr. Ashley Oliver and Joanna Walls. She was the wife of the late Ed Lee Oliver, Sr., a longtime pharmacist in Jackson and Grove Hill. She was also preceded in death by a son, Lee Oliver, Jr. She was the daughter of John Coley and Alliene Etheredge Brown and was the 12th of their 14 children. Survivors in...
