Fiber contractor blamed for culvert damage

GROVE HILL — Clarke County Commissioner Jackie Ray Rush turned detective to hunt down a contractor who Rush said plowed through a culvert on a county road where broadband fiber was being installed. “We are going to have to dig the road up” to correct the problem, Rush said at Monday’s work session. The location is on Daisy Road off Alabama Highway 154.
