One dead in Gainestown shooting

GAINESTOWN — A Clarke County man was fatally shot on March 28 at a residence on Walker Springs Road, according to authorities. Marcus Robinson was found shot and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Clarke County Sheriff ’s Department and the First Judicial Circuit Major Crimes Task Force. Natasha Washington was charged with manslaughter and later released from the Clarke County Jail on a ,000 bond, according to the CCSD. Robinson and Washington lived together prior to the shooting and share children, according to the CCSD.
