McIntosh man gets probation for three forgery convictions

A McIntosh man was placed on 24 months of supervised probation after being sentenced on June 22 on three forgery convictions involving stolen tribal business checks, according to Washington County Circuit Court records. Tate Patrick McMullan III, 47, was convicted on May 5 following a trial prosecuted by District Attorney Stephen Winters. Washington County Circuit Judge Robert Montgomery sentenced McMullan to 14 months in state prison but the sentence was suspended and McMullan was placed on 24 months of supervised probation.
