Roland “R.L.” Guy passed away on July 29, 2026. He was born on February 25,1939, to parents Ivy and Mamie Courtney Guy. R. L. grew up in West Bend and in high school he excelled in football and was All- State 2 years in a row. R.L. proudly served in the United States Navy in Viet Nam in the Navy’s elite special forces unit. He loved fishing, watching Alabama football, and spending time with his family.
