In this episode of Repast, Michael and Diana talk with Susan Schneider, the William H. Enfield Professor of Law and the Director of the LL.M. Program in Agricultural & Food Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law.  Professor Schneider is a pioneer in the academic study of food and agricultural law, and among many other publications, is the author of Food, Farming, and Sustainability, Readings in Agricultural Law.  Here she talks about the past, present, and future of the discipline.
