Walter Tsui is the Co-Founder and CEO of CareER. CareER supports highly educated people with disabilities or special education needs in Hong Kong. CareER was recognised by the Vienna-based Zero Project Award 2021 of being the Innovative Practice for Employment from Civil Society. It was also awarded by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service as the Most Impactful Small and Medium-sized Non- subvented NGO in 2019.
