The magic of Disney, however, isn't quantified in numbers.

The magic  is the guest experience.  

People respond better the way they are treated.

Guests and park employees alike.

The magic of Disney is about treating people as guests.

 If someone tells you there is no magic formula for success, don’t listen to them.
