Do open minds open doors?

Well,  closed doors and closed minds have something in common.

Neither is in a position to expand perspective.

Today we are at Open Doors trying  to open minds.

Especially about what we say about other people.

Which is tied to this quote: What Sally says about Susie says more about Sally than it does about Susie.

It is hard to admit when we are wrong. Perhaps a better approach would be to say our viewpoint has changed.

A changed viewpoint is a changed perspective. Perspective can change by seeing things from someone else's point of view. Diversity is the welcomed and free exchange of differing viewpoints. Diversity can provide some of the greatest change in perspective by offering a greater divergence of viewpoints.

Inclusion welcomes and respects all viewpoints. The more we learn from others the more our perspective enlarges. Our appreciation for others also grows when we expand our perspective by seeing from another's point of view.

Join us as we expand our awareness about how we can help people better their lives while opening doors and blessings of our own.
