This week's guest is the 2020 Canadian Champion and we dive right into the process of keeping the longevity of being at the top for such a long time in our sport. Roman Sadovsky is now one of the tallest competitors in the world, and those that have known him from a younger age he was by far the shortest. He shares with us how he was able to overcome those growth spurts and body changes to be able to keep pushing to be his best and keep his big picture goals in mind. Roman and has roomed with both Mike and Trennt at many events across the world, so you really can feel the friendship, and comical stories they have to tell.
