At 39, Connie was diagnosed with breast cancer. She is now a 12-year survivor.

In this conversation, she shares her experience of diagnosis, treatment and recovery, and how it led her to build a business supporting others going through similar journeys.

Through her organisation, Get Your Rack Back, and her book How Connie Got Her Rack Back, she has created something meaningful from her own experience.

This is a conversation about resilience, perspective and rebuilding life, including what it takes to turn a personal challenge into something that helps others.
