About the Episode: Author, host, and philanthropist Ryan Jor El stops by and provides a conversation of how and why black fathers rock and how our voice, as fathers, is so important. His impact and calling to be to be a father is shown through his story and the wisdom he shares. Through his Christian values, approach to fathering despite not having his father, and his downloads received from God, this conversation is very impactful and needs to be shared. This should start a lot of conversation.

Podcast Summary: The Just My Baby Daddy Podcast was founded on the need for real, authentic conversation centered around fatherhood in the black and brown community. For far too long, the narrative has been painted, skewed, and disseminated without hearing from the men. The black man is not a monolith or a generic stereotype, we have stories, wisdom, and knowledge to share when it comes to fatherhood.

We are not just baby daddies!!!

We are fathers, providers, counselors, protectors, and many wear many other hats. We have viewpoints, experiences, and information to share with those interested in knowing what we go through, thinking of having children, raising bonus children, or even dealing with children with mental or physical challenges.
