Most of you have probably heard someone say, "Mean what you say. Say what you mean." Essentially, it's a call to use your words to accurately reflect what you intend.
In the religious world, too often our words don't match our actions. We can't claim to follow God and then live opposite of how he has called us to without remorse. This sermon looks at two parables that challenge the status quo of Jesus's contemporaries, and it has great implications for today.
