Nothing reveals your smallest movements like trying to be perfectly still.
Most of the time we don't notice all of our movements, because everything is moving at such a fast pace all around us. But if we choose to stop in the middle of the commotion, we begin to understand how much of it is unnecessary. Beyond that, we will see what is distracting us from what really matters.
Be Still and Be Brighter.
