NXT No Mercy 2025 Recap

With the TNA showdown on the horizon we take a look back at NXT's No Mercy. Je'Von Evans NXT's bouncy boy took on Josh Briggs only 24 hours after answering Sami Zayn's U.S Open Challenge. Although not being 100% that didn't stop him from giving it his all and defeating Josh Briggs. The Speed championship match didn't initially go as planned since Sol Ruca's original opponent ended up not able to compete, Jaida Parker however was the one to answer the call. With the 5 minute time limit and taking her eye off the ball with only seconds left she was Soul Snatched and defeated by reigning champion Sol Ruca. Back to back women's action as we jump into the weaponized steel cage match Jordynne Grace looks for revenge against former friend Blake Monroe. Garbage cans, weight belts, crowbars, tables and even diamonds were used; literally everything these woman could get their hands on. Blake thought she had the upper hand after throwing powder in Jordynne's face but she was caught off guard when Grace put her through a table to win the match. Ethan Page defended his NXT North American championship against Tavion Heights in a match of country supremacy, but with Ethan being the veteran he was steps ahead of Tavion. With Fatal Influence being permanently down a member Fallon Henley tried all she could to help Jacy Jayne retain against the heavy striking Lola Vice. After getting ejected from ringside we thought all signs pointed to Vice, however with a hooded figure hitting her while the ref was checking on Jacy, Jacy picked up the win continuing her 122 day reign. Ending off the show we saw Oba Femi defending his NXT Championship against Ricky Saints. Saint's being one of very few men to actually have Oba's number throughout the match, and having his number he did as Ricky Saint's after 4 DDT's was able to pick up the 1,2,3 becoming the NEW NXT CHAMPION!
