NXT's Mania has come but not on the weekend of the biggest event of the year, for most wrestling fans this feels off but lets see if NXT can shine without the grand stage waiting later in the day. Starting us off we have the Women's North American Championship match after literally stealing the title from Tatum Paxley can Blake Monroe become the real champion or will Tatum continue to reign? Vanity Project wanted so badly to be on the card for Stand & Deliver they got exactly what they wanted, in a form of a tag team tournament leading to their opponents tonight being Los Americanos. The tension between Zaria and Sol Ruca has been bubbling since Sol got injured and finally flowed over after Zaria came to the conclusion that Sol "wasn't in it for them but herself", with the challenge laid out Zaria expected leading us here. Johnny Gargano has fallen into a huge slump after losing his tag partner, his wife helped by entering him into a gauntlet to be able to compete for the North American Championship, can Myles Borne come out on top against Mr. Wrestling? Triple threat match for the NXT Women's championship comes after a controversial ending to a number one contenders match, can Lola Vice finally punch her ticket and become a top champion? Will the former Evolve champion Kendal Grey pull the biggest hit of her career and become women's champ? Or will Jacy's reign continue to be dominant? Main Event sees a fatal 4-way for the NXT championship where the believers take on a family who take on the egomaniacs who take on the revolutionites. Who will be the top name in NXT?

Then whoa. What is up guys? Welcome back to Wrestling Crossroads. It's always, I'm one half of dynamic toe twisted alongside Brother Pyro. What's up y'all? And we are covering NXTs Stand and deliver. I knew you were gonna love that the minute I started. This is so I'm gonna agree with something to, sorry said when I'm getting our predictions right away. Yes. It is so weird having this not on Mania weekend. I agree. Me and you have been talking about it since they announced it. Like, dude, give me. Stand and deliver mania a weekend. This is not okay. It's not what I'm used to. I, I swear to God, if y'all can't get it together, I'm gonna cry. I feel that that's fair. But anyway. Let's get it started. All right, so first match, at least on our card, we have the North American Women's Championship. Tatu Axley defends her title that was stolen from her against Blake Monroe Thief. Now, if you haven't been following this, um, taking us back a little bit at our last Pay-per-View Vengeance Day, she did win the title from Izzy Dane. Um, they went on to fight at the next. Weeks, um, NXT, they then declared that they wanted each other again for a rematch that ended up happening the following NXT in a steel cage match. As Tatum was successful in retaining the championship, she was walking up the stage. Blake attacked her from under the stage and took the championship. This past week on NXT, they were face to face for a bit and Tatum says, you're going to give me what you stole from me. I agreed to this match, but still give it to me. Uh, Blake ended up still being able to run out of the building with the championship, so this is a Will Tatum finally get the championship that is rightfully hers. Please Lord. Um, looking at our predictions, we are ally sided with Tatum of course, whereas we have flash, desario and hacks all taking Blake Monroe to win this. I, I wholeheartedly agree Rio's reasoning, um, because he's one of the only ones that does give us reasoning, aside from Flash, where he just loves what Blake Monroe looks like. Is horn dog. You ain't wrong. There is the fact I tell you guys, uh, two. Crotch, goblins, shush. I wanted the crotch gobbins. So did he. Yeah. Um, and they getting hands just wanted these people shut up. Um, so you sound like they just outta poop. Rio's reasoning mostly being the fact that he believes that Blake Monroe is the better star. See, and I will agree with him, but Blake Monroe had a pretty successful run, run with that championship. I think Tatum is more fitting for that title. Blake Monroe being the star that she is the very established star that she is. Thank you Tony Conn for getting somebody right. Because her feud with Tony Story shows she could really be, oh yeah, that face of a co face of a brand, face of a division. I say, Blake drops this match and focuses on bigger things, and that is JC Jane and the NXT Women's Championship. I agree. She's got the star power to really elevate that title. I think. Okay, and this is no disrespect to Tatum, but her following, falling into that like upper mid card level kind of stardom Yeah, definitely fits her. For her, it fits her. The Annex, the Women's North, north American title is about where she should be. Not to say she can't progress, but. At least right now. Yeah. But Blake has already shown that really she didn't need a run with that title to begin with. Mm-hmm. It was just a nice test. The waters for Michaels and NXT. Yeah. Oh yeah. But like I think with her star power, with her skillset. JC Jayden is the right focus for her, not Tatum Baxley. Okay. I feel like she's kind of leveling herself down, down there. And again, this is no disrespect'cause Tatum Baxley is one hell of a competitor. Oh, no, I, I wholeheartedly agree with you entirely on what you are saying when it comes to these two women. We've seen Blake Monroe be her former persona as Mariah May in a EW. We've watched that whole feud with Tony Storm again. Said and tell, she said It wasn't a wonderful gimmick. Tell me it wasn't. She didn't hold her own against probably one of the bigger stars in that company. Bigger and one of the best stars, honestly. Honestly. And like Tony Storm, uh, from those that remember watching her in the May Young Classic NXT uk. Uh, NXT, like she is the total package when it comes to being a woman's star. Oh yeah. In the world of professional wrestling. But of course W2 E unfortunately didn't know how to use her very much outside of NXT UK and NXT. Yeah. So like her getting that career revitalization in a aaw, love that for her. Oh yeah, definitely. But again, she got to showcase a lot and she helped Monroe. Mm-hmm. At the time, Mariah really find her footing and that helped her become the star that she is now. Oh, I totally agree. And again, so I, oh yeah, no, I, I, 100% am on the women's championship, strapped that rocket to her in N xt. I agree. All right. Take us into our next batch, uh, tag team championships on the line, vanity Project versus Rio and Bravo, Los Americano. Yeah, just say it like that. Yes, I did. Yes, I did. Um, remind me again how we got here. Uh, so there was a tag team tournament that started directly after the XE after vengeance day. All the tag teams were kind of like, Hey, look, I want this, I want a chance. At the titles, Mandy Project was like, Hey look, we wanna be on Stand and deliver, but uh, we don't necessarily wanna defend our titles. And they went, Robert Stone goes, you know, you wanna be on stand and deliver. I got you. You're gonna defend. And it all blew up into chaos. And they decided to have a tournament, a very small tournament. There were two teams that tag teamed, um, that had their matches. The next, um, NXT. And then we came to the final last week. Gotcha. Which, so it wasn't even that big of a tournament. It wasn't that big a tournament, but a tournament nonetheless. Los Americanos got the, uh, got the dub. Yeah. Which great, fantastic for them'cause they've been doing it, they've been putting in some good work on raw. They've been putting in a lot of work with aaa. Yes. And doing really well at that. Now I feel like you need to give them just something that's theirs.'cause like I feel like they're getting lost in the shuffle and in the shadow. That is El, the El Grande original El Grande feud. Yeah. And that whole persona, that whole story. I think they really need to stand out as their, as a tag team. Mm-hmm. And I think there's the best way to get them that stepping stone. What's hilarious is I, and I read this, um, when it comes to the El Grande Americano og and then the other one, when you look at them and NXT them on the main roster. It's a no. Two different. The og. The OG is favored, whereas the other one isn't. And then you go to AA and the OG is the one that's hated. Whereas the other is favored. It's so, oh yeah. No, so hilarious. Original is very much favored in the States. Yeah. And hated in Mexico. And then it is the inverse with the Kurt, the, this version with Kurt. Yeah. Rayo and Bravo again. Uh, but back to the important part of the TAG team that is Rayo and Bravo. Yeah. You, they need the stepping stone. They really do.'cause mm-hmm. What's one thing we complain about the main roster consistently? That they don't utilize their TAG teams. That people get lost in the show. They have a capable tag team of two absolutely talented guys. Mm-hmm. Two talented young guys that could really use a push. And what is, what does your TAG team scene look like on raw right now? I couldn't tell you. Your champion? Not off the top of my head. I'm sorry. What? Your champions are, uh, a Damian priest and, Nope, that's on spec. No, your champions are good. Golly, miss Molly. Uh, the visionary now, the vision and then it was the uso, but like they have the new day on raw, the new days on raw Xavier being injured, but, and they have their own working program with. Going on, but still, you're not really using the new day in the tag team division like you, you should, no. Alpha Academy had one. They won a gauntlet, had that one shot, and then that's it disappeared. That loss of Americanos weren't even involved in that gauntlet. Might I had They were doing something in aaa, I think, at the time, but still like, are you? No.'cause uh, El Grande Americano was featured on the show. I need to point that out, but like. You're not using a lot of your teams, and then it's a lot of just thrown together teams in your tag team division. When you have, when you have teams there at your ready that you're not paying attention to, like Damian Priest and Our Truth, our Truth, like honestly, but I, I kind of am, I'm kind of glad that they did what they did with these two for the simple fact that the feud with MFT and the YT six was really getting stale. And it's still kind of, and it wasn't necessary and it's still going. I wanna point out that that feud is still going and at this point it's over the damn lantern. Not even the tag titles. No. That ended, uh, uncle Howie's got his lantern back. Now it's within the MFT. Yes. But you know, solo's gonna try to go back after that and it's gonna be a whole nother thing. But anyway, that's not what we're talking about. Yeah. Utilize your tag teams. Agree. That's all I'm saying. And the fact that you had to send your, one of your more talented teams. In terms of skillset down to NXT for them to finally be used as a team is kind of sad. Can we just look at the men that are Los Americanos without the masks? Honest to God, because that's sad. Un, un unconfirmed. They really just took all the Europeans and threw'em under a mask. Because Ludwig is El Grande Americano. We know that like, like it is obvious. You could tell in Statue every aspect including the way that they speak, the way he speak and the hands and everything. Yeah. Like if you don't, if you have Tyler bad and Pete Nutton like two of the most talented guy, young guys on the roster and you put'em under masks when you really could have just kept me with New Catch Republic.'cause they were. If y'all would've booked them correctly as a tag team would've continued to gain momentum. Oh yeah. People loved these two as individuals. You brought'em together, they were still loved, and then you wrote'em off and did this. You're kind of disrespecting you guys here. You know what? No, no. You know what we're gonna get, you know why they're doing this? Because we're gonna get a third Los Americano. It's gonna be Ilya Dragon off. I swear to God, that's what they're preparing for. I swear to God, they better keep ilio on, smack down and let him do his thing because at that point they're booking him. At that point, I might just stab Triple H. Anyway. Anyway, predictions. We're gonna go into her predictions and I in no way for, for legal purposes, that is a joke. I am not actually gonna stab anybody. I do not actually mean harm or wish harm. Or plan to harm Absolutely anyone, especially somebody with that much money. That much money and that much, uh, legal power. Anyway, anyway, going into our predictions. All but hex went, went Vanity Project. Hex lost Americanos. That's because Vanity Project makes her wanna commit crimes. Okay, cool. I'm not super familiar'cause I have been keeping up with NXT via social media. I haven't really had the time to sit and watch, given my work schedule, take pretty deadly and the beginning of BizNGO, throw them together and give them swimsuit models. And you have Vanity project, so Varsity Blondes and NXT, which. For anybody or in a w which if anybody remembers that, that's how we got Julia Hart. That's how we got now. Lexus King. Mm-hmm. And'cause he, he was still under his name of Brian Pullman Jr. Yep. And I don't remember the other guy, but it was literally Varsity Blondes was exactly that. Yeah. These like high spray tan Barbies, spray tan Barbies. High school Letterman jacket wearing Yep. That that's what they're Oh Jesus. Yeah. Can I switch my answer? Nope. It's written down. It's spoken. No. You know the rules just too bad. No, I'm breaking the rules right now. No, I, I, I would like to, uh, switch and go to Los Americanos.'cause you know what, uh, they also made me wanna commit a lot of hate crimes. Varsity blonde really wanted, made me wanna commit a lot of hate crimes. You didn't wanna commit any crimes to Julia Hart. All right, then let's, let's listen, listen, that, that, that team as a whole was cringey and the No, what's cringey is NXT beginning Alexa Bliss with the fairy dust. That's cringey. Julia Hart with Varsity blondes, and now she's this dark angel and rumor. Alright. Anyway, go into our next match, our next match, Zaria versus Soka. Since I spoke at the last one, do you wanna kind of bring us into how we got here? Um, so. Obviously you saw the tension rising between Zaria and Sol as soul's popularity continued to grow. Zaria felt she was being a little selfish in taking that attention for her. She wasn't focused on the team. All her, all I wanted was for us to succeed as a team. You only cared about yourself, proceeded to attack her, and they've been going back and forth ever since. Yes. Uh, costing each other title opportunities, uh, just real life being a thorn in each other's side in every way possible. Mm-hmm. Uh, so, so we are here, um, so did speak to Zaria last week on NXT and had said that she wanted a. One-on-one match they needed to kind of get this out there after each other was pretty much pointing fingers at the, the other, for them losing the championship, the chance to become champion against j Cjn'cause they both have had numerous occasions to do So. Um, looking at our predictions, four of us are going with so ruca, that being you, myself, flash and cauldron. The rest are going zaria. Um, that being. Rio Hex and Tank. Now, Rio's reasoning for this spoken word for Word is the build has been great for this match. The heel tone visa, heel turn Visa, Zaria has been a bit wonky, but we saw it coming going. Zaria Soul is main roster bound, so I think she takes the fall on the way out. I think regardless of main roster, bound or not, don't strap market. I don't think she takes the pin on the way out.'cause why are you going to start our, her main roster career On a loss. On a loss. Like now if she was Dr if she did, you know what guys like, uh, who was it before they got called up? Um, a lot of the champions. Really? Yeah. People in the championship positions, they would drop the title. And then get their call up. That makes sense. Yeah. But this isn't a title match, but this isn't a title match. You give her the momentum to carry into that main roster debut and you give her the win here. Mm-hmm. That's what makes the most sense. Plus the crowd is already behind, so like you have the chance to really do stuff with soul here. Mm-hmm. They're not really behind Zaria as no much as they wanted them to be. I'm gonna call it like I. I have been saying it since her debut. As much as I am a fan of her independent work, they turned her into Rio Ripley. Mm-hmm. They turned her into a discount, Rio Ripley. Which is sad'cause I would love to see Zaria have her own identity. Yeah. They really just copy pasted what they did with, uh, what they've been doing with Rio. Yep. Goth Australian. But wasn't she powerhouse? Wasn't she like that more on the, the main roster or the, the independent scene? How she dressed and everything, that more gothic powerhouse type? Yes, but it didn't feel like it was copy paste with somebody else.'cause she was still able to give it her own thing, her own identity. If you look at the way they've kind of washed out, like kind of washed it down. It really is just. Here we have, we have, we have you. This is a, can we have Ria Ripley? No, we have Ria Ripley at home. Yeah. Scenario. Yeah. Okay. Like as much as I love Zaria, you need to let her have her own flavor. Mm-hmm. And right now you just, can I copy your homework? Sure. Change a couple answers so that way it doesn't look the same. Yeah. Okay. And it bothers me. It hurts because you guys watch her because I was really excited when she get, when she debuted. Because I personally never thought Zaria would commit to, to the WWE e wheel. Mm-hmm. If I saw her signing with a bigger company, it would've been like a new Japan a TNA an a w an a w. Never did I think WE. Well, here we are, and here we are. And then you took everything that made Zaria Zaria, and you made Arria Ripley 2.0 and it's not working. No. Because again, the fans feel like they have seen this before, especially the hardcore WWE fans like us. Like, like you, yeah. I'm gonna get, I'm gonna say it like that because remember I do follow a lot more outside of the WWE umbrella than you do. True, true. So I am a hardcore wrestling fan. I am not committed to one brand specifically, whereas you, for the most part, are committed to the one brand. True. I was gonna say, please, I, I, I, correct me if I'm wrong, I try to, I, I do try to branch out and I will watch if, like it is something else. I can say that from watching, um, what we covered on TNAI loved watching them. However, I've told you, and I'll say it again. I hate watching a EW Weekly because I can't stand how they work in Ring. I will say they've gotten better, they've progressively gotten better since I've, I've watched, since I've watched bits and pieces since the beginning when I didn't like it. I've taken another chance and they've, they've done a really good job of focusing on stories again. Oh, wow. Like, like I'm, I'm really happy, like their build to their, to their dynasty show is actually pretty good. Okay. It, it, it is actually really well done. But not talking about that company, talking about Zaria, talking about soul. Yes. You need to figure out a way to get Zaria some momentum'cause she's lacking it and that's gonna hurt y'all in the long run. I promise. I say one of the things that, you know, Zaria could do is depending upon where their match falls compared to another match here, whether that be the. NXT North American Championship for the women or the NXT Women's Championship. She attacks the winner that gets right. Personally, I feel like she shouldn't have lost like yes, I get she was defending for her best friend.'cause Sol was injured at the time. Yes, she shouldn't. I think part of the reason she lost momentum was y'all had her eat that loss. Yeah. Oh definitely. But then it really progressed to this story because I feel like. You could have even progressed. No, I feel like even with her win, you could have progressed the story as, oh, I did the job when you couldn't. I carried, I, this is how much I wanted us to succeed. I stepped in for you.'cause you couldn't, and then when you got cleared to return, it became all about you again. Mm-hmm. And it, it was never about us. Yeah. When you had me carry that workload. Yeah. Like you, there are so many ways you could have went with that win. Mm-hmm. And I feel like. And I feel like it probably would've been an even better story because of it. All right. Personal speaking. Take us in our next batch, our men's North American Championship. Miles Born takes on Mr. NXT himself. Johnny Wrestling. Johnny Takeover, Johnny Gargano. I'm very excited about this. This would've been so much better and I would've gone with a different answer. Had this been a takeover, dude, Johnny Takeover needs, they need to bring back takeovers. I agree. Because takeovers were great. I agree. But Johnny Gargano won this opportunity by winning a gauntlet. Yes. Um, at, in a very. Interesting manner. I, I I, since the departure of his texting partner, cha Tomaso Champa, he's been in a very depressive state, is that what you call that? He's been in a very depressive state as of late, uh, Candace in an attempt to get her husband out of this funk, set up a se, like set up a lot of things. One of them being a match with Obo f. In which he got his ass whooped and then fell right back into the, to the depressive state. And then it was somehow she talked Robert Stone into letting him have a spot in the tournament in this, uh, gauntlet. Oh, yeah. Gauntlet. Because it was a gauntlet in which he was the last one. And then because the referee wasn't paying attention, she just kind of pushed his almost comas host like body, state, whatever his. A super depressing body in on top of Shiloh Hill to pick up the wind and give him number one contender ship. Uh, and I mean, dang, on Shiloh Hill, I was starting to like him too. Honestly, dude, Shiloh has so much potential. He, he'll bounce back, he'll bounce back. Um, he did help Tatum, like last week, find the Blake Monroes hideout. So, so I think they're gonna pull. I personally would like to see a program there where they kind of form like a team, a faction or whatever.'cause I, I could see a cute love story there. No.'cause you know what? I can see them correcting what they did wrong with. Um, what was, what was this man's group's name? Joe Gacy and NXT when it was him. Uh, oh my goodness. I can't think. You know what I'm talking about though? Yes. Like keep, keep going, dude. Oh, but yeah, no. So Johnny, I think is going to break out of this fund'cause he's gonna deliver on this.'cause NXT was the, where Johnny kind of blew up with WE. He isn't known as Johnny Takeover for nothing. Mr. Johnny Wrestling. Excuse him. Yes. I feel like they can form a secondary schism and actually make it work, which would be fun. But Johnny Gargano always shows up and shows out when it comes to NXT, especially on the stand and deliver stage, because that is, that is their mania. We feel like we're gonna go into our predictions. My soap hex tank. Cauldron and you all went with miles where his flash and desario went. Johnny, I don't see Johnny picking up the win just because of his dedicate, uh, just because of his role on the main roster. Um, but this is gonna be what breaks him out of that depressive funk Rio's reasoning word for word. I like the potential of born. Could be too soon to take the belt off him. But I think there's something about Johnny winning here to boost his confidence so he's not planking on some random object every week. Plus the boost to N-X-C-T-V with Johnny winning can be helpful going Mr. Wrestling. And if, if he does win this one, make him, I wanna say a two time or a three time, I think it's three time North American champion, which we haven't seen yet. No, uh, again. Win or lose, Johnny breaks out of that state.'cause then he remembers, you know what, when it comes to being in this ring, I am that guy. Like, I can do this. You know what would be hilarious? I know it could never happen. I am, I am Johnny Wrestling for a reason and I'm about to show why I'd love it. Where, you know, you get that, that person that comes back and even, you know. No longer signed with a different company, but I know because of injuries, that'll never happen. Johnny wins the match and all of a sudden the lights go out and you hear Adam Cole, David, because Who's Johnny's biggest rival? If it's a Maso Tampa dude? Nah, the, the saga between Cole and Garo and NXT that span several takeovers. Oh my, I was actually just rewatching a lot of their matches.'cause Bring me back. Oh my God. They. Johnny can work with just about anybody. I think his best dad's partner, and I'm gonna agree with you outside of Champa, is cold, is Adam freaking cold.'cause Jesus Christ, they work magic. And I'm sorry, but ever since making the jump to a EW, he's been injured after injured, after injured, after injured, after injury, after injury, after injury, after injury, after injury. After injury, yeah, after injury. Yeah. That. Can we bring him back to W to B where we know he's safe? Like Jesus, he's getting up there like, yes, he's getting up there in age, but still he's, this has been excessive. He's got the charisma and the body movement to do it where it's not. So, I guess a constant hurt. We have, you know, for us talking about annexed, he, uh, stand and deliver. We've talked about a EW quite a lot today, maybe, or we're telling ourselves something that we need to get back into it. Uh, well wish his Adam Cole.'cause like I really miss that man in a wrestling ring. Anyway, but yeah, no Gargano. Where are we out this time? Porn. Another concussion by this, by this point he ain't gonna be back in a ring. I don't, I think it's another concussion or I think he, uh, his ankle again. Either way it goes and some injury. Um, either way though, this match has the potential to be match of the night. It does, like both men are phenomenal Old in ring workers, miles. Has really captivated this audience. He has really shown like, you know, I could be like, I can do it. I have the potential to be a big star. He just has to, you know, play his cards right, pray they book him the right way, and, you know, stay outta Trump. It should have been in Vegas. That part. Play your cards. Right. That part. Um, and there's a lot of similarities in the way they wrestle. Mm-hmm. So like I feel like the technical aspect to this match is gonna be a lot of fun to watch. I agree. Now from one championship to another. Give it to me, twist it. I wanna point out something before we get into that. Baby. Crossroads did give us predictions. For two ugly matches because the other ones he could not pronounce, by the way, baby Crossroads turns three tomorrow and I'm crying. Um, for the Women's North American Championship, he chooses Blake. He picked the wrong one for the North American championship. He chooses Johnny. I don't feel like there was a r answer for that one though. No serious. And, and Johnny Miles. No wrong answer. No. But we have been it for Miles to be able to hold a championship. Yes. And now we're finally here and I don't want the strap to be taken off of him. No, not this is, as much as I love Johnny in itself, like I said, this is, I think this is, regardless of how he comes out, I think Miles Born would be the right opponent to give him that strike of confidence back. Just kind of a remind him of who he is, who he can be. Yeah. All right. Going into our next match, we have the triple threat match for the NXT Women's Championship. JC Jane, Kendall Gray, Lola Vice. Now this all came about because two weeks ago on NXT, JC Jane did defeat. So Ruca and Zaria to retain her NXT Championship, after which Kendall Gray came face to face with her. Said I dropped my title. She was, uh, formerly the Evolve Women's Champion and. Said, I'm going to take yours. I want a match against you Feeling as though because of Fatal influence, that the last match that they had was unfair. Which it was. I was gonna say like, is she wrong? Which it was, I was getting there. Uh, Lola Vice then stepped to Kendall saying, Hey, look, you may have, you may want this, and you may be a really badass woman. However, I am too, and I'm coming for that title. This past week, they had a match on NXT where it ended kind of controversially at the same time. I wouldn't say controversially. Well, at the same time that Lola was getting pinned, gray also tapped out at the exact same time that the pin was concluded to three. Yes. So the refs deliberated for a while, closed out show. And it had came to the conclusion over the past week that it will now be a triple threat match, which I, which I said would make the most sense. Yeah. Instead of trying to like, you know, hey, you know, run it back.'cause honestly you could've given us, they've given, they're giving us 10 men tag match on the show that I don't Yeah. Think we really need, but that's neither here nor there. But you also could have given us, you know, Hey, rematch of Tuesday. Run it back when it gets the shot tonight. Personally, I feel like keeping everybody as healthy as possible to give us the best match possible. Yeah. This was the right move.'cause all three women are, are very talented. Oh yeah. All three women are going to be able to put on a great show and I 100% really liked this idea to begin with'cause. Mm-hmm. Again, watching Kendall kind of, she, I wanna say a word. She really did turn out to be, first off the fact that she's the only one still standing in the company. Mm-hmm. The fact that she really was the breakout star when we 100% thought it was gonna be JC or, uh, Gigi. Yeah. Out of the two, the fact that JC has really had the best development mm-hmm. From that to now superstar. Yeah. In nxt. That's kinda like when Mandy Rose went back down and she needed that though. She wasn't ready for her call up when she got it. No, and she even openly said it, but even like looking at how when she came back she made that new name for herself. This is JC with Fatal Influence. She made that new name. No, she want, she grew herself. She 100% Mandy re rebranded herself and I loved it. Yeah, and And the back down to NXT, I think if you would've called up Fatal Influence. Or toxic attraction? Oh yeah. It would've, with all three of'em, it would've worked on the main roster. Mm-hmm. JC once the bed, once they disbanded, she struggled. But once she finally found her footing, found her footing, she's just, she's grown and I love everything about it. All right. Um, getting into our predictions, we are kind of half and half you flash and hex all choosing Lola Vice. Me Desario and Coron choosing Kendall and Tank goes A, B, J. Anybody but jc, you know? Yeah. Her title one's getting sealed. It's very repetitive. It is, and it's, you know what, and wrap it. Call them up. Honestly, they, it's Ring from Mania dude. She's been on NXT for, yeah. You gotta think about it. It's been two since two point, but I, I 100% feel like that would be the best option. She drops here, you call her up post mania. Raw after mania. Most electric, raw. There you go. There you go. And you know what you do? You make them set sites, at least two of them on the tag titles. Lon Henley and, uh, yeah. Can't remember the other one name. I was gonna. Uh,'cause the other one is gone. Yeah. Jasmine Nicks, but it's not her. Yeah. But yeah, no, Fallon Henley. Or, and even then, even if you're not focusing on the tag titles, Fallon Henley, I see title. Oh yeah. JC Jane. There's your world champion. The other one plays support or, you know, make a run at the tag titles Freebird Group. There you go with all of them. Um, now going into our main event, I didn't know if you wanted me to read Rio's reasoning for that. So word for word. First off, what the hell was the overbooked ending to the number one contenders match? Why tap out when you are one second away from winning? Makes no sense. If they wanted to book a three-way, why not just go at it for a time limit? Draw or jace's group Beat down both women at the end. My head hurts going Kendall on this. She's going to be the future of the women's division. So present her like that. And here's my thing. Here's my thing, is you can still present her like that. Even if she doesn't win this match. You can like Dariel, I love you, but here's where I'm, you can get the same, same reaction, same response, same book. Even if she doesn't win this match, because she doesn't eat the pin, she doesn't need to eat the pin. Yeah. I knew exactly where that was going with you Like, like if JC Retains put her over on Lola. If Lola wins the title, jcs the one that eats it. Mm-hmm. Kendall, like you can book her into Supers stardom. Without her, without this, without her winning this match. Without her putting the title on her. Yeah. Why? Because she is that damn talented. Why? Because at the end of the day, she still has a lot more, more time to blossom. She's going to be that man at me, star I, and I don't, I just think it might be a little too soon to pull the women's world title in NXT and it it, it's just gonna be her first. This is her first dead in deliver. Yeah. Don't pull that trigger. Right. Do not prematurely pull that trigger.'cause then you get up, get the effect that we got with Lyra on the main roster. You prematurely pushed her. Fan stopped carrying. So what do you And that's, it's not what I want for Kendall Red. What? Say it that you pulled the trigger and she does live up to every expectation and then more. That's fantastic. I love it for her. And it could be, and that's what I want to see out of everybody coming out of Evol. That's what I wanna see for her. Especially'cause huge fan. Yeah, I want to see everybody grow and I want everybody to meet those sets of expectations and shatter that glass ceiling, even if not for the company, for themselves. Mm-hmm. Because at the end of the day, this is business all about confidence, about pride. Yeah. You gotta be able to do it by giving it your best. Oh yeah, definitely. This is like, and this is one of those ways to showcase that. I, I agree. I just think like you, we look at the women who have even come up, not even necessarily women winning the NXT Women's Championship, and they were always in the chase for it. I think Lola Weis might be one of those women, I say, because where you can really shine more on the main roster than you can in NXT, Alex Bliss. Yep. Becky Lynch for the longest time was one of those in the chase not always grabbing it like, and I love that. Live Morgan? Yep. Definitely excelled. Like at XT me is excelling on the main roster right now. Oh my goodness. Yeah. And, and out of the riot squad for her to be the one that excelled blows your mind. I'm gonna, I'm gonna say, and you might disagree with me right now, excelling on the main roster right now, Kiana James. Yep. She's, she's doing really well as the manager, but like she's overshadowing the person she's supposed to be managing right now. Oh, I agree. I term and Julia, one of the biggest stars being one of the biggest stars in the world, in the world, world of pro wrestling, of women's wrestling and pro wrestling as a whole is wild to outshine. It's super wild to outshine somebody like that. Oh yeah, no, I agree. And Keana James is doing such a great job with it. Kiana James is doing amazing and I can't wait for her to lash freaking legend. But Lash wasn't really in the title picture very much down there, but yes, that's my point. Yeah, no, I get where you're, my point is obscurity in NX xt, which wouldn't haveing. Yep. The DON of NXT, Tony DeAngelo and your NXT champion, the one that we believe in. Mr. Joe Hendry. Did you expect anything else? No. Um, at all. So we got this booking almost immediately after Ance Day. Oh yeah. Hendry successfully defends against Saints Vengeance Day kind of. Ego kind of costs Saints that. Yep. Saints comes out talking about how he should be champion, whatever, whatever. Paige and him kind of going back and forth, Hendry kind of jumps in there and is like, yo, neither one of y'all could beat me. Screw you both essentially. Uh, you see the little bickering? Yeah. And then they're like, oh, didn't I beat you for this? We're gonna, we're gonna attack Joe. And out of nowhere, Tony D came out and just cleared house. He completed phase one. Phase one was take out dark state. Done phase two game, the NXC championship that he has had chance after chance, after chance at, and has never been able to grab. He needs that. You can't call him the DON for nothing. Mm-hmm. So what did we get after several weeks of all of these men going back and forth this. The booking that everybody deserved, the booking that the fans deserve. Fatal four way match. Going straight into predictions. Me and you stand alone, per usual, man, Tony DeAngelo grabs that brass ring. Finally, we just saw Saints come off of the title run. Ethan isn't. Needs that rebuild into the title picture. Ethan just came out of a title run Too Longest. Uh, NXT North American Championship. Yes. So like rebuild him into, but no, um, everybody else from Joe Hendry. I love Joe Hendry. I do, but not for this. You know, his main roster time is coming. He drops this, like he's already competed at WrestleMania. Oh yeah. He's competed in the Royal Rumble. There really was no point in giving him NXT and Desario. I don't know if you've paid attention to what is going on in the world of pro wrestling'cause your reasoning was, oh, if they wanna continue to use him, uh, keep the title on him. Sir. He signed with the WWE e He's no longer under contract with TNA. You want me to read Rio's reasoning word for word? Sure. If their intent on keeping Joe an NXT, it seems for the foreseeable future, he wins here and solidifies himself as the standard. But I want main roster call up for Ethan and Saints in the process. Uh, it's gonna be, Joe will probably get that main roster call up. He's under contract with them. He's no longer under TNA contract. Mm-hmm. It was a very quiet expiration. Not resign. I'm gonna. Sign over, which is why they featured him so heavily. They're gonna do the same thing with Leon Slater when his TNA contract is is up. If you don't see that riding on the wall, you clearly aren't paying enough attention. I can't wait for that, honestly. Dude. Dude, him and Jevon, yes. Tag team, gimme that tag team, but are immediately, would he go through NXT is the thing or would he just jump around? I don't think he needs to, no, I don't think, I don't think that at this point, like the TNA. NXT partnership has, if it's given you anything, it's alright. If we sign this per, like if they were to swap rosters right now, you know, who would be the main event player? Like the main roster guys? Who would be the NXT guys and who would fall where? On the ladder? Yeah. In each of those aspects, Joe Hendry, Willie could have skipped over NXT altogether. We know it. Crowd's behind him. He's got the talent. He's already been on the ground on the two of the four biggest stages in the WWE E, and there was no need for NXT and with one of them, if I'm not mistaken, faced Randy Horton. Yeah. WrestleMania. Last year, I, I forgot who the opponent was that he had faced. Yes. But yeah, but faced one of the biggest names and held his own for majority of the match. Yeah. So again, you don't need. Joe Henry in NXT? No. Would I mo, I would love to see Satan, pa, Paige get the call. I would.'cause they would work really well. There's a few ways I can see that playing out, but I don't see it till summertime. But again, Tony D, you cannot continue to call yourself the dawn of NXT, the leader, the guy of NXT without the brass strap. Yes, he's won the Heritage Cup, he's won the tag titles and he's been North American champion. It's time for that NXT title that he has gone after so many times and has failed to achieve. And when he went for the Don, like the big name that he calls himself, who did he beat? Can you remember? Because it's when we were transitioning over to 2.0. This was just, just as a call, Champa. Yep. The guy that held down NXT in, in black and gold. He's one of, he was one of the main staples to black and gold. Oh yeah. He held that. Yeah, he did. And then stand and deliver going into mania 38. Mm-hmm. That's how Champa got the official call up. Yep. Because Tony D beat him for that. Right. To be called the Don. Now you really need to solidify that or you, because honestly, all four of these guys are main roster tablet. Oh yeah. But clearly not all of them are gonna get to the main roster right now. No. So you need to figure out what you're doing here and right now. If you're gonna call anybody up, it's gonna be Joe Hendry first. Yeah. Call up Joe Hendry. It's either Joe or Tony doesn't make the call or Tony doesn't get The dub doesn't capture the Nixy title and he gets the call up'cause he's been there since 2.0. Like he's been there for freaking ever. Oh yeah. It's about time we have established we, I wanted the family on, I wanted him Rizzo Stacks Sino. Yep. Tell me, that wouldn't have been amazing. And that's one thing that I think with past call ups, they called up too many at once and instead of all at once. And you had to do the slow like one to scatter it up. One or two here, maybe this one here be here. This tag team here, this tag team there.'cause think about it, when the call up happened with,'cause it was Lars. Heavy machinery. EC three, uh, Alistair Black, I think Alexa Bliss was in that. No, no, no. El Alexa Bliss had already been established on the main roster for a couple years now. Okay. Um, Gar attempt number one at Gargano and Champa and the War, war Raiders. Mm-hmm. Think about how many of them are still there. Think of how quickly they realized this. The only one to come out of that and maintain main roster. Oh, Andrea. The only ones to come out of that and maintain roster stay and not get the call back. Or not get immediately released. Yeah. Were the war Raiders. Yeah. Alistair Black shortly after the call up, released Gargano and Champa back down to NXT Black released large. You said twice released. Sorry. Uh, yeah.'cause black. Or Rick Oche back down to then come back up to then be released to then be released. Like they had no sense of direction with the big pod call up and now they're realizing if we stagger it Oh yeah. Throughout the year, throughout the events. That's why I'm saying like everybody's more meaningful. That's why Mellow Works right now. Yep. Trick Works right now. Lash Works right now. And then Saints and Ego by SummerSlam, and then those two by SummerSlam. But you bring saints and Ego up together. Because one of the things that I'd like to see if even they were still around as a tag team, I would've loved to see them go against Theory and Waller. But I'm so sad because Waller's gonna end up getting dropped down. You can see it. The writing's on the walls. He's gonna get dropped down. He is gonna get released'cause the crowd can't get behind him. They've tried everything, like they've managed to make theory work. Finally, it took a lot of trial and error, but they finally made theory work. They had him in the beginning, they really did, and then they dropped him. Because of the top boss that dropped and then we ain't saying that name on this podcast. No. And then they tried again and you know it, and again, it's taken a lot of trial and error. But with Waller, without theory, there was nothing. Oh yeah, no. But I would've loved to have seen Ego and Saints come up against that tag team.'cause it would've been hilarious.
