With more than 18,000 empty properties and 16,000 people on a waiting list for council housing there is very clearly an issue that needs addressing urgently.The Cornwall Property Podcast aims to help those interested, to bring quality properties to the market for locals to rent or purchase as positive solutions to tackling this increasing housing shortage. This could also be in the form of refurbishing old, derelict, run down and unencumbered properties or creating new high-quality homes on unused or unwanted land. The aim is simply to create a solution to the ongoing local housing crisis by helping to produce more stock and opportunities for local families.Dan and James, two local property professionals, have had first hand experience in this Cornish housing crisis. As such they are now looking to make a difference.
