It’s finally time to introduce you to the incredible Margie Breault! If you’ve ever attended one of my in-person Co-Creates, she’s the owner of Prism of Brilliance, where we host the gatherings — and a vast resource on all things energetic.
Margie is an energy medicine practitioner, transformational coach, a wayshower for people who are looking to work with natural law, a 1/3 Emotional Generator and a Leo sun / Virgo moon / Libra rising.
So it makes sense that we’re covering a lot of ground in today’s episode, especially focusing on energy hygiene — what it is, how we can work with it daily, and why it’s an essential part of our practice.
