Episode 1: The Jodi Watkins Show – Introducing Brenda Warren, The Soulutionist

Welcome to the first episode of the new and improved Jodi Watkins Show! I'm thrilled to introduce my long-time trusted friend and strategic business partner, Brenda Warren. Brenda, known as The Soulutionist, is here to share her transformative journey to inspire and empower us all to TAPIN and live our best lives NOW!

In 2011, while working as an Environmental Services Director at a hospital in North Carolina, Brenda was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST). As a retired United States Marine with 20 years of active service, the shame and guilt were overwhelming. She lived in denial for three years before her world fell apart, leaving her unable to function due to depression and anxiety for eight years.

But then something unique happened. Brenda exited the sofa and started walking in her driveway, making social media posts. This marked the beginning of her advocacy for mental health and her journey to TAPIN to what made her happy.

Now, men and women worldwide are using the TAPIN Method™ she created to live their best lives NOW! NOW stands for No Opportunity Wasted! As a Business/Pattern for Living Coach, Brenda helps entrepreneurs close the gaps between their desires and reality. Through self-publishing, she helps people turn their mess into a message for the masses.
