Skip Nipper
Skip Nipper has been a member of the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) since 2002, serving on SABR's BioProject, Ballpark, and Minor League committees. He is a member of the Nashville Old Timers Baseball Association. In 2002, he began www.sulphurdell.com, highlighting the history of Nashville's famous old ballpark. His book, Baseball in Nashville (2007, Arcadia Publishing) gives an account of Nashville’s ballclub from the 19th Century to present day.
