Avoiding Babylon
Avoiding Babylon was started during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. During these difficult and dark days, when most of us were isolated from family, friends, our parishes, and even the Sacraments themselves, this channel was started as a statement of standing against the tyrannical mandates that many of us were living under. Since those early days, this channel has morphed into an amazing community of friends…no…more than friends…Christian brothers and sisters…who have grown in joy and charity.
As we see it, our job here at Avoiding Babylon is to remind ourselves and those who enjoy the channel that being Catholic is a joyful and exciting experience. We seek true Catholic fraternity and eutrapelia with other Catholics who, like us, are doing their best to live out their vocation with the help of God’s Grace. Above all, we try to bring humor and joy to the craziness of this fallen world, for as Hillaire Belloc has famously said:
“Wherever the Catholic sun doth shine,
There’s always laughter and good red wine.
At least I’ve always found it so.
Benedicamus Domino!”

"Your Father Is the Devil" — Fr. Mawdsley on Knowing Your Real Enemy
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A book so controversial the author half jokes he may have to “press publish” live just to see how long it survives. We’re joined again by Father James Mawdsley to talk about Know Thy Enemy, the personal cost of writing it, and why certain questions Catholics were told to stop asking keep forcing their way back into view.
We dig into how propaganda and education build the “frame” that decides what you’re allowed to notice. That takes us from post war narratives and Vatican era assumptions to today’s arguments about interfaith language, “Abrahamic” messaging, and what the Gospel actually says about spiritual fatherhood and spiritual adoption. Along the way, we connect the dots between ideas that sound religious and ideas that quietly replace religion.
From there we get into the culture side: Teilhard de Chardin, Fulton Sheen, and the lure of progress talk that treats borders, traditions, and inherited identity as problems to be dissolved. We also discuss evolution in Catholic schools as a faith breaking domino, and why a purely political “universal brotherhood” cannot do the job of the New Covenant.
The back half turns practical and personal: what to do when online accusations become a distraction campaign, how to stay charitable without going soft on truth, and why Father’s advice on mental health is blunt. He argues that regular confession, prayer, and real community often do more than therapy culture and pharmaceuticals for people trying to rebuild a stable interior life.

Welcome Back And New Book
SPEAKER_00Not used to a normal intro. Yeah. Usually have a taffy intro going. Um, Father Maudsley, welcome back to the show. Um, I'm trying to remember how many times we've had you. I think we've had you on five times now at this point. Um, this is number five, I think. Number five, I think. Um, just go just going back and thinking on all the different conversations we've had and where they started and how they've developed over the past few years. And it was almost like uh uh watching you start to um go down this topic at the same time we were, and it it's just interesting how all these things converged. I like uh there were several conversations that I that we had had on our show that just kind of opened my mind to like how important this issue that we're gonna discuss today is. Some were with you, some were with Sam Shamoon, um, and some were just Rob and I jumping into topics on our own, like uh into subjects on our own, even going through some of Scott Hahn's work and stuff. But it kind of it was like uh it was like a uh like an apocalypse of some sort. Like God kind of like lifted the veil off of everybody's eyes around the same time, and we all started looking at this this issue of the relationship between Jews and Christians that hasn't been touched in decades. And it seems like the the church, like especially around the time of the council, just decided this is going to be handled completely different. And we've all just kind of been on this journey together coming at so uh you had sent me your book. We were going to do this interview last week, but I'm glad we pushed it to this week because I got a chance to get through the book. Now, uh the book is Know Thy Enemy. I I got it three days ago, and I I'm through about 50% of the book, and it is completely blowing my mind in some spots because the beginning of it, I don't want to talk too much in the preamble. People hate when I do that, but the beginning of it is kind of rehashing some old stuff we we already knew, and then you get into Freud and Des Chardins and even Bishop Sheen. And I'm about halfway through it, and it's just you know, I can't I can't wait to finish it. Um, you did decide to break this book into three parts though, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, blessed uh feast of our ladies might kill at heart. And I think the uh the reason it's hitting people hard now is because it's been attempts to cover it up for the last few decades, and therefore so much has gone unchallenged that it's now erupting. The the Jewish character comes out because they've managed to acquire a place of their own and a lot of power and money, and now they're showing us what they were always like. Um, so that people will wake up faster and faster. There's in Fienum Veloci or something, it towards the end things accelerate. And that's God's way of saying, you know, if you're not uh woken up yet, the things will be coming that are gonna wake up anybody of goodwill. So this book, yeah, I'm splitting it in three because part two, I don't even know if
Why The Hardest Pages Matter
SPEAKER_03I'll ever release that on Amazon. Maybe if you want, we could do a live show, I'll press the button and we can see how many seconds it lasts.
SPEAKER_02It will be gone before the end of the show.
SPEAKER_00It's that it's that it's that rough, huh? Like, because even this, even this one, um, when you're going through some of the stuff on the IDF and stuff, it's like it's almost hard to read because you think this can't possibly be true. They can't possibly really have done this stuff. And it's just it's just the the the way uh you especially get into how it's not just like the mind and spirit that needs to be torn down, but it's the body itself that has to be torn down because our Lord is incarnate, like they have to actually destroy the whole body and soul together.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, by attacking two men, Jesus Christ, man and God in him, and by attacking Adam, the first man. So if you can um destroy our connection with divinity through the incarnation and destroy human nature that was given to Adam and the same human nature to all humans, then in that way you're attacking all men, and this the synagogue of Satan does relentlessly. I you know, I had second thoughts about even including that stuff about the IDF because it's so grim. And someone who was helping me with an early uh draft actually quit because of those passages, you know, and it occurred to me they're so bad you should never even write this stuff down. St. Paul spoke of certain sins that we shouldn't even mention among the saints. So I I toned down the language a bit on it and left some gaps that if people want, they can look at the footnotes and see the reports. Um, but it's it's bad. And the the point of bringing that up is I think it is to destroy men's wills. You have no charity in your heart if you can um know that these things are happening and turn a blind eye. As in in England and in America, we're assenting in a way to what our governments are doing to support Israel's mass murder um in Palestine. And uh the technique that the Israelis use is to do such disgusting, depraved manners of torture. It's literally to terrify all the Palestinians who hear about it. Because when you hear about what they do, you'd really think twice about fighting for Hamas. If I were a Palestinian and I were not a priest, I would sign up to Hamas. You've got to defend your land, defend your people. If I were a younger man, perhaps. Um, but when you hear about the way they torture people, it's not just breaking their body, they're they're trying to alienate the victims from their soul. And there was a crime in Judges 19 to 21 where the Levite's concubine was gang raped by this man of Gawa, and then the tribe of Benjamin wouldn't hand the perpetrators over. So all Israel sought God's counsel and went for a three-day war, losing tens of thousands of men to get justice for this woman. Um, and now it's it's equally disgusting crimes, but it's not that the whole of Israel is going after the perpetrators, they're defending them. There have been perpetrators paraded on national TV like celebrities. You have the defense minister, the foreign ministry, the prime minister defending them in tweets as national heroes. This is the change that makes Israel unrecognizable from that of the Bible. That now instead of them all going after the perpetrator, apart from a few, they're all defending the perpetrators, apart from a brave few Israelis, like the military advocate general who leaked the footage of the abuse and wanted an inquiry, and she got vilified, almost suicided. Um but if if you you stand against the atrocities that are happening now, you're in the tiny minority over in that country.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you like you you can only imagine what it's like for someone who is on the who is a Jew and in that position who sees the atrocities and wants it to be what they must do to a person who betrays them like that. I can't I can't even imagine.
Do Abrahamic Faiths Match?
SPEAKER_00Um, this whole topic, I remember for me, like one of one of the most uh one of the biggest turning points in the way I under, like just saw the whole situation. I think it had to do with the Abrahamic faith house and seeing this whole idea of like the fraternity of man and you know, like human fraternity that the Vatican was talking about. And it was it was people were having the conversation of do Jews and Christians and Muslims worship the same God? And it was reading John chapter eight, where Jesus comes and he's and he's talking to the Pharisees, and he's like, If you if you believed Abraham, you would love me, uh, but because but your father is the devil, like you like, and it was really understanding that the the whole the whole way Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees, and it and it happens again in Matthew, and there's several times in the gospel where Jesus identifies the Pharisees with the sons of Cain and the son and the seed of the serpent, and realizing that no, it's not just yeah, like in some metaphysical way you could say they worship one God, but who they worship is the devil. And seeing how the Vatican was trying to whom they serve, which is the word, yeah, right. Yeah, and it was like seeing how the Vatican was trying to like blur those lines and make it like, oh, all you know, all the Abrahamic faith house, and we all have Abraham as our father, and then Jesus saying directly, Abraham is not your father, your father is the devil. I think that was one of the biggest turning points for me. And you even that's in the early chapters of your book, you go through John uh discussing how how Jesus points that out.
SPEAKER_03And what this means, that an adoption by the devil, because he everything he does is fake, but God truly adopts us through baptism as sons in Christ, an ontological, real sonship. Um, and Jesus tells us how you become his mother, his brothers, his sisters, is by doing the will of God. If you do the will of God, if you obey his commands, if you love, then your sonship in God grows and grows. And he tells the Jews that you do the desires of your father, the devil, the desires of the will of the devil. If you do the will of the devil, it's a voluntary adoption under him. Now, I don't think most people at all do this consciously, and even very few Jews would do it. Jesus is addressing then the Pharisees and the scribes, he's not addressing the crowds. But when you put yourself voluntarily under them and you choose their party over the crucified, then I think the devil becomes your spiritual grandfather. Because you you are made yourself a child of those who are children of the devil, and that's why then the Jewish people are the synagogue of Satan. Um at very different levels. They're not all in charge, they're not all very witting or running it. But as a people, Jesus calls them those who say they're Jews and are not spiritually are the synagogue of Satan.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah, that was I just remember I remember that being like a light bulb going off in my head and understanding, like, oh man, no, this is actually really important. That that e and and and Muslims too, like, because there is some aspect where and and I think we talked about this with you when you were on once, like the the the Jews are are reading the scriptures carnally, and they are still awaiting their messiah. When they're when they're reading Psalm 2, they're seeing it as God is still going to send their messiah so that they can rule over the nations with an iron rod. And they're oh they're still awaiting that where we know that is fulfilled in Christ. And that and and that there will be some way how the scriptures say there'll be a unification of like, even if you look at it typologically, like East uh Jacob and Esau are reunited at the end, Joseph and his brothers are united at the end. So we know there will be a unification of the brothers at the end, and it seems like the Vatican is carnally trying to force that without actually bringing the the Jews and Muslims in through the new covenant, and they're just trying to put this nonsense thing, and it and it links to Tehar Deshardin, where he sees like this the evolution of man being this coming together of all mankind, right?
SPEAKER_03You were the one that put a light bulb on in my head when you said that about the Vatican trying to achieve the brotherhood carnally instead of in spirit and in truth, which in spirit and in truth is how we worship the true living God, right? Jesus said to the Samaritan woman. That's the only way to have an eternal brotherhood that begins here on earth. And yeah, it made so much sense. They're they're basically trying to do it the Jewish way, falling to a Jewish deception about this universal brotherhood. And part of the reason I introduced Talhad de Shardan in the book is to show when we say that there's plenty of Jewish leading Jewish figures who voluntarily submit themselves to the devil, of course, Gentiles can do that as well. Christians can, Catholic priests can, and that's what Talhad de Shardan did. It's so obvious in his writings, and thanks to Michael Hitchbour of the Lepanto Institute for drawing attention to this. I don't know how anyone can read Talhad's Hymn to the universe and his offering. Um, I I mean I could read a couple of passages, it's diabolical, it's the devil, and that's that's a gentile, but the seed of it is cabalistic, and the end of it is for this fake antichrist universal brotherhood that perhaps will come to it. Even Fulton Sheen was pushing as he's
Vatican Fraternity And Spiritual Adoption
SPEAKER_03getting ovations in the synagogue. And you know, he has many, many strengths, amazing bishop in many in many ways, but I've only more recently come to see him saying that the God promised the holy land to the Jewish people. He's saying that now, or 1967, and that we and Jews have to come together, collaborate to bring religion to the world. He says, We are God's people, meaning Christians and Jews. They reject God. He says we and Jews and Christians we're all revolutionaries, yeah, but we're not revolutionaries. Jesus Christ was not a revolutionary, he brings order as the king, and we serve his order. And that Jewish revolutionary spirit is antichrist. What have we got to do with it? Nothing. So why is Bishop Sheen pushing this and Talha de Shardin while the Vatican was had put out monotons saying no Catholic institute should stop de Shardin's books or promote them or distribute them?
SPEAKER_00It was even like John Paul II and Ratzinger were still saying, No, you should not be promoting Chardin. Like there's something way on Teard. Uh I when I read him, I think he was using psychedelics because he talks very much like a lot of like the the crackpot uh guys who are on things. He's doing like on an ayahuasca trip or something, and it really is pretty diabolical. But the Sheen stuff. So we just had somebody on to talk about Bishop Sheen recently, and it was kind of like a favor we were doing because they were promoting a conference, and you know, but the the hardest thing for me with Sheen is absolutely how he handles the Jewish question stuff. He's even uh in some of his like more famous talks, had said, um, how does the devil work? First, he comes for the people of the old covenant, and then he comes for the people of the new covenant. What what my my my position on him is probably that I I it's hard to look in hindsight, like with all that we know now, because I remember even just my own, like I would have probably agreed with all the things he was saying up until recently. And it's only now after seeing the atrocities after October 7th, and just seeing, I mean, just having my eyes opened over the past couple of years that I look back and I'm just like, this is crazy. But the amount of propaganda these people received after the war, and there was only a couple of streams of information coming. You had three, you know, central news networks that people were receiving their propaganda from. So it's and then plus you have the council kind of downplaying everything, what you know, regardless of what the what what the the Yeah, go ahead.
SPEAKER_03Always right. Yeah, you look back on your life and you realize how wrong you've been about so many things. So to point out Sheen's blind spot on Judaism, it's not like one and condemned or look down on him. Let's hope he's in heaven, let's pray for his soul. But if the Vatican is determined to resonate the altars, then they're duty bound to give a caution about his not that the Vatican's in any state to do this yet. Yeah, they're never going to be Judaism. And that's the point. It's like we all I think of trench warfare and the first two or three waves who go over, all get moaned down. But because of their, I mean, God forbid trench warfare is horrible, but because of their sacrifice, the fourth or fifth wave can get through. So those earlier generations than us who've been deceived, who've fallen into it, I wouldn't have done any better in in their time. Yeah. But because we've seen where it's leading, we can say, aha, this is a trap, this is false. God have mercy on their soul and help us not to fall into the same trap.
SPEAKER_00That's such a good point because I had fallen into that same trap. I mean, I'm me and Rob talked about it recently, just like and we're gonna do a 9-11 show soon, and we're gonna talk about just like how much how much our perspective has changed since that time, growing up in that time and receiving the propaganda from the machine at that time. But yeah, like after World War II, someone like Sheen comes out and they're just being fed this narrative that look at look at what happened to the Jews during this period. And I think, you know, he probably had good intentions, but it was like the teaching that the church had always held throughout the centuries about how the Jews should be treated, which is they should be allowed to exist, they should be protected, but they should never be allowed to hold seats of power in government or influence your society in any way. That just went out the window. And they I their intentions were probably just like, let's let the hostilities die down. Let's let the hostilities die down. But the hostilities are inherent to the story, and the hostilities are an important thing. They're built in. Yeah, they're built into the story, and it's it's a very it's like one of the most important elements, so much so that it's from the initial chapters of Genesis in Genesis 3.15 about the enmity between the seed of the serpent and the seed of the woman, that that enmity is going to continue until the end of the story. And the church just totally let her guard down after the war, goes into the council, totally changes what the original plan for that council was, and comes out of it in this state of delirium. And I think even men of goodwill, men who would we who we would look at, like faithful good men and possibly even like holy men, just were completely caught up in this in this frenzy.
SPEAKER_03The one who is constant, right, is Jesus, and you get to know him better and better through your life, and he never lets you down, he just draws you closer and closer, and you grow, but you look back and see how wrong you've been about stuff, how weak. So I'll make an apology that's like 23 years overdue, just in case. I met a Norwegian guy 90 years old in in Morocco, and he said in front of a bunch of people that 9-11 was done by the Americans, or at least they knew, by the CIA. And I lost my temper and um like scald, I was a bit older and scalded in front of everyone. And like I was thinking, how can anybody say that? And it's taking me he was a young man and he could see it, and it's taken me a long time to catch up. But things like that, you think, well, we've got we've got to be slow to condemn anyone. You know, you were trying to work things out, we're trying to work things out, and please God, you're making some progress, right? You're seeing things new in Christ, um, but that means you have to be all the more merciful for if you think there's someone who disagrees who is not um still very blind. Well, we we we're born blind, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, one of one of the most interesting things about this is like I because I know I know like the the there's a lot of people who are so worried that the conversations we've been having are going to lead to another pogrom or something like that. That's like the me watching this whole thing unfold has not I'm there's absolutely no hatred in my heart for anyone. If anything, it's just made me view the story in a way where I'm I'm my mind is just like overcome with my heart and mind are just overcome with joy at how faithful God is to the story and that he told us these things would happen, and we're watching prophecy unfold before our eyes right now. It it's done the complete opposite of develop any kind of hatred for any kind of people in my heart. It's really just man, you see the diabolical spirit at work and you see the Holy Spirit at work, and these two things, it's you're gonna give yourself over to one of those two spirits.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and the the lie when they say this could lead to a pogrom or could lead to mass violence. They're talking, they're speculating about hypothetical while the actual mass murder is happening now.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03So I've just had a guy on Substack who um is denying the guards a genocide. He says it's all fake, it's all. Propaganda by the Muslims so that the Muslims have made a deal with the Jews, he says, so that the Jews get the Holy Land and the Muslims get to come to Europe. It's absolutely crackers and evil when you think how people are dying. He says, I've seen pictures of rubber babies. You know, these pictures floating around of a Palestinian mourning with grief over what looks like a rubber baby. That's put out by the Israelis. It's not Hamas trying to get sympathy with ridiculous photos that anyone can see through. It's the Israelis trying to discount all the reports of them killing children so that
Propaganda After War And Council
SPEAKER_03this idiot has oh sorry, but he's seen this photo of rubber babies, and he says the Gaza genocide is fake. And another guy on Substack yesterday or the day before saying the Israeli girls' school, he says, be careful. He's insinuating it's the Iranians that did that. Sorry, the Iranian girls' school on the opening day of the recent war. He says the other schools didn't have children in them, and this one was near an Iranian guard headquarters. Yeah, they're the children of the officers and soldiers who served there. It used to be part of that compound, and then it became school buildings. But it happened within two hours of the opening salvo. There's not time to evacuate all the places around the country. So just to deny that those murders and to try or to pin them on the Iranians, or to deny that genocide is happening in Gaza. And people say, Oh, you you mustn't call out the Jews because a pogrom might happen. There's much worse than a pogrom happening now. That's the thing we have to deal with. Never mind. Much more serious are the attacks on the church spiritually, which will leave souls in hell.
SPEAKER_00It's it well, it also goes to show like how important the framework in which we see things in, and how important like understanding history actually is. Like there was a clip the other day going around of Glenn Beck explaining how uh like the Catholic Church kept the Bible from people, and how it was just such a preposterous framework to work within where it was the Catholic Church was trying to prevent people from reading scripture because they wanted to. And you see that when when people have this idea of how it's what it shows why like teaching history is super important, and whoever has the reins of education actually can form the minds of people. So it's like uh the us even allowing Jewish infiltration into our education system has completely changed people's view of reality. Like, if we wanted to, as a if if as a Christian culture we wanted to actually preserve our Christian heritage, you would teach kids from the beginning how the Catholic Church conquers the pagan world. Instead, history begins at World War II for kids that are going to school and they learn the the religion of Holocaustianity. And it's like that that mindset, and even with the it's basically the Reformation and then the Holocaust are the two foundations in which most kids are taught things. So this guy that you're speaking of has a framework in which he works in and he just sees Muslims as the number one enemy, and that's just the way he views everything. There's nothing you can even say to convince that man that he's wrong on that. It's uh it is kind of um it's kind of amazing how like so many of us have changed our point of view because we were so set in the way we saw things before the last time. I think I think it was COVID that broke a lot of us and made us all go, wait a minute, I have to question everything now. Yeah, that's so um forget how recent COVID was.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Um I've forgotten. Yeah, just even beck. Glenn Beck. I don't believe the Protestant leaders are honest. I used to think it's yeah, you've got to dig into history, have a debate, talk about the theology. But a long time ago, I sat down with a Protestant pastor to talk about the Holy Eucharist. And I tried like three or four different ways to show what's clear on the page, and then I could see he just wanted to shut down the conversation. He did not want to know, and that's because you know it's true, and he didn't want to lose his job and his congregation. So the the I people saying that the Catholic Church was trying to hide the scriptures from people, it's so easy to debunk that anyone that presents himself as a leader in Christianity and is putting out this lie, they're not just being careless with study or ignorant, they they've definitely heard the objections and they don't want to know. They don't want to know, and that helps actually, as the light goes on, like the Reformation, it's so obvious how evil that was, like in England with Henry and Edward and Elizabeth putting to death so many, not comparable to Mary Tudor. Um and yet they to this day they don't want to know, they don't want to hear about it. And you think, wow, they St. John said, right? The men prefer the darkness. They prefer the darkness, they don't want their deeds brought out. So it there's only so much you can do with um engagement and dialogue and debate. Much more important is that you just live the faith and be true. And um your example, your sacrifice might do much better for them than fruitless debates which don't go anywhere.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think the debates, especially. Like, I think sometimes we get a little arrogant and we forget that it actually is God who softens hearts and and converts hearts. So, like, just just you want to know, man. My my wife had never seen the movie Silence.
Movies, Martyrdom, And Distortion
SPEAKER_00So we watched it last night. The movie Silence, it's the Martin Scorsese's uh movie that he did. It's about um uh in 16 in the 1600s, uh the Japan. Yeah, the Japanese martyrs of in 1600s. And it's like that that movie was such like the first three quarters of that movie are such a beautiful witness to like Catholic martyrdom. And the way Scorsese ends that movie is such a diabolical twist, and it's like it's so it's so subtle what he's doing, but he's making he's making the case that you should deny our Lord.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it was just so I I love some of the imagery, you know, and well, like you said about the martyrs, but I refuse to say it for that reason. It has this diabolical sting. He's making another movie, right, about Saint Maximilian Colby, I think, St. Francis, maybe St. Therese, I'm not sure. No way I'm gonna watch it. He's definitely gonna savage the truth about St. Maximilian Colby and guess everybody's got that wrong. Um, he he was not um well, I'll I'll save that for another time. It needs more research. It's just and for Scorsese to do it, we're just gonna get Hollywood propaganda out of that.
SPEAKER_00But that's what that's what it is. It's just like every single thing that could be beautiful, they have to twist into this ugly distortion. Like that, the movie Silence could have been this beautiful movie of martyrdom that this Jesuit priest lays down his life for the faith, and instead it's it's this twisted story of a man who compromises and denies the faith and is still presented as the guy who did something.
SPEAKER_03It was just so twisted and like think how awesome Mel Gibson's film, The Passionist, and then coming in the next two uh Ascension Days will be the the resurrection. Um they're w worth watching forever because they're it's it's all true. But you you put that diabolical sting in, your movie's gonna get forgotten. Uh can I say about Colby? I should say, I don't believe he was deliberately staffed to death in a bunker over fift 10-15 days or whatever. He was having x-rays in the hospital in Auschwitz while he was supposed to be in the starvation bunker. You've got the medical records. Some of it started before then. He was very, very sick. Um, and during that time period when supposedly he's being starved to death in the bunker, he's being taken to the hospital for x-rays. Like, how does that make sense? And then the supposed witnesses to him receiving this deadly injection, um, it's like one witness, one who spoke about it. And then later on in his canonization, they tell you that there's like five or six witnesses, but three or four of these are brothers in the monastery who saw him apparently taken off, arrested, they say, taken to Auschwitz, although some people contest that. They weren't with him in the last months and weeks. So you had one man who claims to have seen it, even he says he left the room when the uh he turned away because he didn't want to see the injection happen. He says it was in the wrist or whatever, and then left the room, and when he came back, Colby's dead. But this man is not trustworthy, and then another fellow came forward and said I was the one who was gonna die and he took my place. But given how many lies there are in that whole period, I'm not saying none of it's true, but I need I really I need proof now before I consent to believe. I'll reserve judgment until then. But we've been told a pack of lies about St. Maxim Colby because they don't want to say what a warrior he was against the Freemasons and the Jews. Yeah, and they've taken the one saint, awesome holy man, and instead of letting us listen to the warnings he gave against the synagogue of Satan, they use him as a um propaganda piece in the lying narrative.
SPEAKER_00How do you because
Fake Apostles And Dangerous Mysticism
SPEAKER_00I one of one of the other things, like speaking of the synagogue of Satan, like that I'm seeing, and I and I don't know if I'm a hundred percent right on this, it's just kind of it seems to be the pattern that's laying out, but even within the church, like I see the synagogue within the church, and you know, they're not explicitly Jews, but it's like those who say they are Catholics and are not inside the church.
SPEAKER_03Apocalypse 2, 2. So before you have those who say they're Jews and are not, in Apocalypse 2, 9 and 3, 9, in Apocalypse 2, 2, it says those who say they're apostles and are not.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I don't I didn't even know that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's like wow, yeah, but it's the bishops and the cardinals who say they're Catholics, say they're apostles. Now, uh I mentioned this in this book that when it says they're not, Jesus is not denying their holy orders are valid. He's not saying they're not really bishops, like some people like to say. Yeah, just as he says they say they're Jews and are not, he's not denying that they're physically Jews, genetically Jews, descended from Abraham, he's saying they're not spiritually Jews because they don't believe as Abraham did, they don't believe as Moses did, and therefore they're not Jews spiritually, they don't have that compierced heart. So when Jesus says they say they're apostles and are not, he's not saying they're not validly ordained bishops, he's saying they don't have the Catholic spirit, they have the satanic spirit. And if I may or soon just read one paragraph from the devil in the church, and bear in mind it's not only Teilhard who his superiors sent him off to Mongolia because they knew he was nuts and his ideas were poison, and the Vatican in 1957, two years after he died, and many times after, warned against his works. But there's more and more cardinals coming out and bishops trying to rehabilitate rehabilitate him. I've got details in the book, but he said of this spirit that filled him in the desert that possessed him, his words, then suddenly a breath of scorching air passed across his forehead. He means his own, but he's describing it like a weird out-of-body experience in the third person. Broke through the barrier of his closed eyelids and penetrated his soul. And at the same time, the anguish of some superhuman peril oppressed him, a confused feeling that the force which had swept down upon him was equivocal, turbid, the combined essence of all evil and all goodness. The hurricane was in within himself. How can anyone think that's the Holy Spirit? The combined essence of all evil and all goodness, that's duality, that's manichanism. Yeah, that's putting good and evil as the the yin-yang, the cabbalistic idea, and the Jakob Baum pushed the alchemist. The original principle is heaven and hell mixed together. It's it's completely diabolical and Jewish. It's the devil, which the Jews push in mysticism, and I think the devil went straight into Talhad. He didn't need to be misled by the Jews. He invited he literally invited him in. That's another passage. He he invited the spirit in. He said, I open myself up to every every spirit in the world. So because I don't have bread and wine or an altar to offer mass, I'm gonna do something bigger and better. What a arrogant freak.
SPEAKER_00It is, it is. Um that's why I say I think he was I think he was on some serious hallucinogenics. It was the what what year was he writing this stuff? Do you know?
SPEAKER_031923 is the date given, but others say 1919, and it I think it's very much connected with the Bolshevik Revolution because he speaks about his offering is going to gather this awakening of all souls around the world in a new light, kind of thing, who are into, and he said, learning science, and those the third thing, either mysticism or religion, but it's that scientism, you know, that's pushing evolution, which is a complete scam. The theory of evolution is nuts. Um, and that's exactly where you need that to get transhumanism. You need it to kill babies. If we come from animals, who cares about an abortion? And if we have an open-ended future, if we're not the same nature as Adam, not the same nature that was assumed by Jesus Christ, if we're progressing and getting better, then what do we need Adam or Jesus for? When the best things lie ahead, apparently, the future, progress. Forget tradition, forget your
Evolution As A Gateway Myth
SPEAKER_03heritage, forget your ancestors. All of them are inferior to you. Just look ahead, just look ahead, and then the antichrist will sweep in, and he's he's the end of it.
SPEAKER_00There's a there's a there's a kid going around right now, I just saw yesterday who's telling his reversion story. He grew up Catholic, he went to Catholic school his whole life. Joe Schmidt or whatever. Yeah, I didn't watch the whole thing, but I just caught like three minutes of his of his thing, and he's talking about how he was in Catholic school, and the first doubts he starts to have about his faith is when he learns about evolution in Catholic school. And I'm like, like the idea that Catholic schools are teaching the atheist creation myth is so insane to me because it really is the first domino in people's in people's like foundation to to crack. When you start talking about the earth being a billion years old and that creatures evolved from one, you know, one organism. It just it there's no way to reconcile the story of God creating man out of the dust with that story, and it puts a crack in the foundation, and it's you could see it working its way through into De Chardin and all this stuff, and just how they've how they've destroyed the the faith of so many with the with the idiocy of evolution.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and the connection there to uh Bishop Fulton Sheen taking Tylehard's diabolical vision of evolution and this universal brotherhood, he said evolution will no more be physical and biological in our body, but it will be a cultural and psychological mystic breakthrough when we all start to cooperate, which Fulton Sheen was effusive about. And he said, So progress will be an effacing of borders and cultures. So we see borders dissolving now and mass migration destroying cultures. And Fulton Sheen thinks this is a good thing that's going to move us towards universal brotherhood. It's like the deception goes deep. Can I praise a Protestant? Like a shout out to a Protestant. He's uh he does a YouTube channel called uh Answers in Genesis, Canada, and he's done loads of videos about evolution, and they are pretty awesome. Like he really delves into the history of how the people around Darwin they would say, find an Anglican divine, an Anglican cleric who's wide open to the modern lies and promote him and praise him. They they said, Don't attack the book of Genesis, because the whole this is in the 19th century, the whole society will turn against you. But you can mock the people who they say are closed-minded to new science and praise the ones that are, and they look for church figures to do that, so you get these heretical heretics, like even heresies from Anglicanism. Sorry, that's not possible, the whole thing's a heresy. Um but uh you know they're not even true to their not, they can't be true to it. But they they promote them to push the lies in the public square. No, we look at people who are praised in the press or praised on TV, and we think they're important and they must have something to say. Well, because we're children, you know, you have an inbuilt thing to trust. Um, but there's so much manipulation. I think that's why Taladishan's books are just everywhere, they're still being published now by massive translations everywhere, reprints everywhere, despite the Vatican saying no, no, no. And in Catholic institutions, they're there. So what's going on that we don't trust the true fathers, the Roman curia and the bishops in the 50s, um, but we we trust celebrity voices.
Borders, Nations, And Church Parallels
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's kind of interesting. The uh the the idea of like the like Sheen pushing the open borders thing. I've tried I tried to see it in a way where it's like, all right, so if he's writing at that time, at that time he's he's in New York and he's looking at the Irish and the Italian immigrants coming. And like I've even said, this one thing to have like European Christians coming to America and then forming some kind of a new culture, but this idea, like you really see how diabolical it is that we no longer see Christ as king in in our governments when you start allowing like um Muslims and Hindus and Buddhists to come into your country and you hold them on the same level. Like it's what it's one thing to say you don't want your government choosing a church, like the American idea of separation of church and state. But what they did was now they're allowing foreign gods into our land, and it's so evil because it's it's it's allowing the borders to be open is the same as allowing false doctrine into the church slowly, right? Like you're you're watering down everything in your nation, and and that and it I compare like the open borders to what we've witnessed in the church since the council of just allowing doctrine to just kind of like work its way in, and the next thing you know, we're saying, Well, you know, technically you could receive communion if you're in you know, if you're divorced and remarried, and it's like all of it is just about the destruction and dissolution of everything like the dissolving the membranes of the organs in your body, your organs are vitally distinct from each other, so are the nations of the world vitally distinct, um, but the soul is one, the spirit is one and simple, right?
SPEAKER_03So the spiritual truth and jurisdiction of the church is one and universal across the whole world and must be and is eternal and has no competitor, but the body organs have to be distinct, so the nations have to be distinct. So I want a strong Brazil, a strong Russia, a strong Congo, a strong Australia, a strong China in its Chinese identity. I don't mean communism, no fan of communism. I wish Russia would come out the schism. Um, so it's not to praise England has a thousand deeper problems in those countries because we're completely we've been owned by the Jews longer than any other country. Yeah. But the if the only thing that will stand in the way of the Antichrist on the natural level is national sovereignty, so that they can't have this global power of the countries, and that's exactly why it's been targeted so much over the last hundred years and more. Um it's basically pretending at a universality, like you said, on the carnal level. The carnal level has to be particular and distinct. It's the spiritual that's universal. Um, so yeah, it's it's a slow dissolving of the body, and that's not gonna end well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, integration is is to a nature what uh ecumenism has been to the church, right? Totally. Yeah, you think about like this whole idea of uh like we're um what is the phrase they use? The uh dem uh the democracy. Like uh it's it's just so absurd. A multicultural democracy. Like that can't work, that can't exist. You can't just start mixing these cultures together or Trying to have distinct cultures within the one place. Like Rob Rob and I have talked about, like, I don't know if now that they've completely allowed all these people to come in, like, I don't want integration. Like, you don't want assimilation at this point. Like, I don't want the Muslim and Indian population assimilating with us and watering down what we already have here.
SPEAKER_03I think it's a simple answer. I think if you get a truly multicultural state, like with different nations in it, as an accident of history, that's one thing, and you have to deal with it. Um when it's artificially engineered and pushed and lied about to achieve it, that's when it's dangerous to truth. For integration, um assimilation, I don't mean nobody should be pressured to assimilate, but the deal is you don't have the rights of the natives, of those born there, of the citizens, of those with ancestors there. You don't get those rights because you're not part of that society. You can be treated well, but you you're not going to be able to run for office or whatever. Um, and then it doesn't become you certainly don't get any handouts, no benefit. In England, they're just pouring money out to people getting off the boats. It's it's nuts. You're robbing the people of the country, you're robbing the ancestors of this country to give it if you really cared about those immigrants, you'd find some way to help them in their own countries, build up their own countries. I'm not saying pour out foreign aid either. That's just corrupt. But I mean you can educate, train skills person to person. That's real and evangelize.
SPEAKER_00It's it's it's when you go back to like the Iraq war for America, it's like uh George Bush going around saying, like, uh, we're spreading democracy in the Middle East. It's like, no, we should have spread the gospel in the Middle East. Like, if we'd have spread, but I mean, you with an American gospel, it would have been weird anyway. But the idea is the way you help those people is like the church did it throughout the centuries in just going and spreading the gospel to those places. And you would they would go into these pagan lands where they were sacrificing children and civilize them and teach them the ways of Jesus Christ, and then all of a sudden they pop up and have this beautiful new culture comes up, but their own unique, distinct culture that's Christian, you know, it's it's it's that's the proper way to do it, not just spreading American, uh American democracy and and spreading American democracy actually destroyed all the Christian in that area.
SPEAKER_03Talking about being wrong, you know, I used to I put my life on the line for democracy, like 25 years ago. How d deluded I was to think this was a good in itself. Um and it's not, it's nothing with without Christ, and it's a lie about where sovereignty comes from and authority, which comes from God only, from above. People can choose their leader, elect their leader, vote for their leader, but then that let's say present-elect should be consecrated by the church, by the bishops, and then it has this sovereignty from God, and the the society can peacefully organize around a quasi-democratic system, part partially.
SPEAKER_00Um but uh should we uh situate into yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's
Online Smears And Russia Distraction
SPEAKER_00let's do that a little bit because there was some uh there's uh there's been a couple things written about you that I um when I read them, somebody sent me something that was about you, and Rob and I defended you on this because when I read for that what yeah, when I read the the the the piece that this guy wrote, it just seemed so preposterous, such giant leaps in logic, uh you know, making accusations that because of your time that you did that you did uh you went to you went to prison in Burma, right? Um, and took all that like he he came up with this crazy scheme that you were first an MI6 agent, then you're an American agent, and now you're a Russian triple agent or something. And I'm like, what like what what is going on here? So I I really didn't uh I I I reached out to you and just asked if I could just defend you on this. You were like, I I you know, I I don't really care to even address it, it's so absurd. But now he's written a second piece, and it seems even more ridiculous than the first. So I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he's dragging in a lot of other people, third parties, innocent people who deserve their privacy, he's slurring them, he's lying about them, all for his strange fantasy, which I have an idea of what it's for, I'll come to that. But since he's um dragging in so many, I'll uh just Rob, are you able to see the two pick images I've uploaded? Yes, but you can you put the first one up and we'll just read one paragraph. This is his um conclusion to the first one, is that uh he thinks he's having a vision, uh his poetic license, whatever, of our lady crushing Satan's head, then crushing the Antichrist's head, then Vladimir Lenin's head, and then mine. And it's like, whoa, that's a bit in intemperate, isn't it?
SPEAKER_00To to line you're right up there with the Antichrist and Lenin, apparently. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I didn't think I was that making that much of an impact. And then on the other one, the second one, this is how he ends his second article. James Morsey works, he won't put father. You know, this is I don't know if he's a city of a cantist or not, but he he he thinks I can't be a priest, he's nuts. James Morsey works on behalf of the Antichrist with the aim of destroying the Catholic Church and replacing it with a counterfeit Russian abomination conceived of by the devil. It again, it's like over the top. So most people dismiss these articles, they're too painful to read, even for someone who doesn't know me. People who know me think it's nonsense, but some people have been a bit upset by it and a bit confused. But but when you see a conclusion like that, I'm working for the Antichrist to destroy the Catholic Church, think this man is not um very balanced. He's he's completely dishonest as well, like a malicious liar and libeless. Uh should I set some of this out? Or you know, the best.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, real quick, like my my my my view on it, just just reading, it's hard to get through his writings, I will say that. But one of the more interesting aspects of it, in my opinion, is that he has made Russia into the seed of the serpent. Like he has he has made it so that like the 1980s all over again. Yeah, like like he has made it as if Russia is is the main enemy of the church, and not and not even recognizing that we've like what we've been talking about is the enmity written since since the book of Genesis that will play out. Like he he has created this mythology where the Russians are the ones who crucify Christ, and it's kind of bizarre to me.
SPEAKER_03Ostensible reason there's a few people online who if you will not call for war with Russia, you will not support a draft in Britain or America to put boots on the ground for massacres and more death and more as if we've learned nothing, then they they call you a KGB. You know, it's it's not enough. I've spoken about the he says I've never speak about the errors of Russia. Of course I have. Fatima conferences. It's the Bolshevism, first we think of 1917 warning, but communism more generally, philosophical materialism is the real devastating error of Russia that's wrecking the wrecked the world. More deeply, Jewish emancipation that has destroyed Russia and is but it's other other nations started before Russia, to be fair. And then there's the schism. That from schism, a thousand years nearly of schism, it's that that leads to divorce. Because schism is a divorce from Rome, it's about divorcing God as Henry VIII did. And from divorce, you literally get abortion because the marriage is then no longer about the children, it's about the spouse's happiness. I write about this in the book as well. Uh, how, and then abortion leads to homosexual marriage, because if children aren't the end of marriage, it's just your happiness. The sodomites say, Well, we have a marriage, and that leads to transgender, because then male-female means nothing. Transgender leads to sterilizing kids with hormones and surgery, which is just death for a society, and that leads to surrogacy and designer babies transhumanism, the antichrist. That that comes from there's an error in Russia that needs to be overcome. And when that his shism is healed with Russia and the Catholic Church, so much good is going to flow out of it. And I believe through our Lady of Fatima. Um, so I just remember that Saint Michael's sword who you you talked about with Michael Hitchbourne or Alexander Paul. He had this thing with all these Catholics on it, and Vladimir Putin. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That that he has us as Russian agents as well, yeah. Yeah, they give the like on page 350.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Right. They've got yes, massive articles. They they're deluded, like he calls himself St. Michael's sword. Who does he think he is? They're anonymous little men, and this guy calls himself Augustine Virgil. I know who he is, but I won't say his name because he still wants to be anonymous, then I'll respect that. Um, but Augustine and Virgil, what has he got to do with either of them? He's he's deluded. The Russian thing is a distraction. You know when Charlie Kirk was shot or killed or whatever happened that day, someone jumped up in the crowd, a Jew who was there at 9-11, and he said, It was me, it was me, I shot him. Yeah, and he's taken off by police with his pants around his ankles. What was that? He it wasn't a spontaneous reaction, he was a plant, he was there to distract from what was important. So this guy, Augustine Virgil's articles, they're just a mad distraction. The devil has nothing substance to oppose God. The Jews can't oppose the church with the truth, it has to be just manufactured distraction. So, for whatever reason, I don't believe Augustine is working for the Jews, I don't believe anyone would pay anyone to write that ask for their money back, but for whatever his reasons, he just wants a distraction for what I'm saying about the JQ. And he his friends online as well, they they're always trying to lessen the spotlight on the Jews and put it on to Russia, or now he puts on Opus Day. He doesn't just say Opus Day is compromised by the CIA, he says Opus Day is the one that actually compromised the CIA and the KGB. Opus Day controls the world.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's almost as crazy as the Protestants who think the Jesuits control the world. Like I've seen people like say the Jesuits, the Jesuits and the Vatican really run the CIA instead of the other way around, which is like the CIA probably infiltrated the council and affected the documents in the camp. It's not it's not the Jesuits and the Vatican, you know, controlling these other things. It's these other things trying to infiltrate the church. It's he's got some really, really weird takeaways, man. I don't know. Yeah. Um I don't know if I should uh Yeah, anything you want to say on this?
SPEAKER_03I don't I don't I don't want to, you know, because I know the pointlessness of addressing garbage from someone with ill will, because there's others jumping in online. So I've got a couple of set of accountists accusing me at the moment. One of them says um that I'm depriving the faithful of the sacraments because I refuse to set up an apostolate on my own. I don't have canonical mission, right? I can't have a public apostolate, by which I mean a Catholic thing, a parish, people come to Mass, have the sacraments. I can't do that. Um and it's it's not reached that extreme position anyway, for what I am doing, what I'm trying to achieve, which is basically to defend my vocation from the COVID tyranny and traditional custodes, which I believe have the Jews behind them, and it's taken me a few years to go deeper, deeper, deeper. I think I was right about that, but it's taking a while to put the pieces together. If they've blocked my ministry, I have a duty as a priest to live it all all my life. I'll never never give it up. Um, and if they've taken it away, and the Vatican and the hierarchy and the cardinals like in Vienna and elsewhere I was, they refuse to stand up to them, then I can stand up to them. If our hierarchy was um addressing the Jewish question, I I would sit tight and just trust in them. But they've proven that they've folded to COVID, they've folded to the hatred of the worship of God. Um, I'm allowed to defend my vocation because that's what I sign up for when you get ordained, it's lifelong. Um, so where am I going with this? Yeah, one says I'm denying the faithful sacrifice because I won't be a rogue priest and set up my own thing, and the other just makes things up saying um um I'm saying mass in the garage of my parents, you know, and setting up my own apostolate, and this is illegitimate. But I've never said mass in a garage, although I understand some people must, like in a persecuted church. Both my parents are dead, and this person has no thought for truth, no thought for there's someone on the end of it. He just throws that out. He doesn't know my circumstances. Um he's the one saying, I've got some Catholic apostolate going on. I absolutely do not. Speaking about the Jewish question writing books is not an apostolate. Apostolate is one sent, right? This is by I think by virtue of confirmation, we're all called to witness to the faith, to defend it manfully, to be soldiers for Christ. They're attacking the church and pushing back, but I'm not setting myself up. Anyway, that's what we've said.
SPEAKER_00We've said the same thing about our show. Like our show, like, yes, we're we're learning things as we go, and we discuss the things we learn. Like, we're not we don't have any, we're not an apostolate, we're not like anything like that. But like there are things that you learn along the way that have to be discussed because they're not being discussed by the appropriate authorities. How do you how do you handle it any other way? And yeah, writing books and just going on and having conversations, I don't see how how they're making that accusation at you.
SPEAKER_03It it's not ultimately either a a conflict, like you know, if you are a working the Roman Curia or you're the Polk, it's a really it's a difficult job and you can't know everything, and you have sycophants around you and people trying to manipulate you. So unless people speak up when there's a problem and and shout when necessary, then you you you could be um how are you gonna know? How are you gonna know? We have a duty to speak up, and yeah, you want to do it as respectfully as possible, but also realistically, um not with the voice of a mouse when when when such dire straits.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that the uh some some of the things Augustin Virgil was saying, he's like, I can't find any any history of this person before 1997, or before and this clearly means that they were working with the CIA during this time. I'm like, it's 1997, there's no internet presence. Like, there is you can't find anything of me publicly before 1997 either, guys. It doesn't mean I was working with the city.
SPEAKER_03Well, this shows how mendacious he is because he said about me, for example, that I it's mysterious why I dropped out of university. It's suspicious. It must mean I was recruited by MI6, right? As if MI6 don't want people who are actually going to succeed in life and go somewhere influential. Um, and then it's mysterious why I went to prison for no reason in Burma, and mysterious why members of the House of Lords had my back. That's somebody else putting that out now, influenced by his article. It although makes it's not just that I can explain all that. I've already put it out 25 years ago in a book. I put it out in multiple interviews. That's why I stopped talking about it. You get so tired of your own story. Um and Virgil did so much research, it's painful. Weeks and weeks and weeks. He's referenced the book, he's referenced these interviews, but he pretends he doesn't know the content. So the reason I dropped out of university was I went there to learn about truth and reality, to study physics and philosophy, which I thought about the fundaments of reality. The first year philosophy was so miserable and wretched and nonsense, modernism, rubbish. Nothing to do with Aristotle, nothing to do with St. Thomas or the scholastics. I was at the end
University Exit And Burma Prison
SPEAKER_03of that, I kind of thought there's no truth to be had. We cannot know the truth. This is this is devastating. So, like I trusted the professors. I thought, well, they're telling me the best that any person's ever worked out for philosophy, and it's junk. So it's impossible to know the truth. And then by the middle of the second year, I was about to go into debt. I had like three jobs to keep myself going through university, wasn't that effective because I want to study as well. About to go into debt, I thought, no, yeah, I took like three months. Um now I'm gonna quit. I'm not prepared to go into debt to learn this modernist junk. Because I knew back then that debt is slavery. I you don't get out of it after you leave uni. You've got the student debt, you need to get a job to pay it off, you probably get a mortgage, and it just goes on and on and on. For me, I'm thinking, no way am I putting myself in their drawers. I'd rather leave, go around the world, had a call into the jungle. Augustine Virgil says it's mysterious why I went to Burma, but he knows I've said I had my best mate at school when I was 13 was Burmese, telling me about the suffering in the country. So when there were the slaughters of thousands in 1988 and the elections and Dorsu Chi winning the Nobel Prize in 1991, I'm glued to it and wondering if I could ever get there. And also the Holocaust, you know, of course I believed all that when I grew up. And I figured I cannot live just uh on the treadmill of employment without addressing this question of evil. I want to get in the prison of a totalitarian regime. I want to get in there and see how this is possible, how can people treat each other like this? And when I met Burmese refugees who told me what they had suffered and how I could get to the border and meet up with some of them, I I was out there as soon as I could earn a plane ticket. So it m it makes sense, it's coherent why I was there.
SPEAKER_00To me, I like just from just my six. Like for me, uh it just even in the couple of years that we've known each other, it's like what I my impression of you is that when when something is on your heart, like you go all in on it. And so, like whatever, whatever it is, like when you when you see something, you just you you just you're a man of conviction, and when you see something, you just pour your heart into it. Now, that happened again when the COVID restrictions came up, and you you voluntarily gave up your faculties because you saw something so evil happening before you're like it just it was never to me that like oh this is some secret agent doing something. It was just we all lived through COVID. Like, I don't I don't understand how it's hard to. I mean, I came on my first video on this channel was I'm going to lose my job because I refuse to go along with this thing. That is how this channel began. I don't see a difference in that and what you did, except that you can see it, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you can see you can believe that there's people who are idealistic and sometimes they make uh big calls, you know, you lose a lot. Others can judge whether it was wise or not. I don't regret what I've done. It's it's it's uh brings hardship, but it's worth it for growth. But if you can't see it, if you cannot believe that someone would drop out of university because they are disillusioned with philosophy there and don't want to go into debt, if you can't believe someone would willingly go to prison, that's why you come up with these schemes about MS6 and the KGB. Because you're just trying to find an explanation. He said in the first half of his first article, he's trying to find an explanation.
SPEAKER_00But he's what's the what's the motive? I mean, I that's what I was trying to get at. I'm like, what would like because every conversation I've had with you, first of all even the like he gets into like talking about you being previously like married before you entered the priesthood and that you had an annulment and stuff, and it's like that was our first conversation together. You told us that, like, you were you never it's not like that was some kind of a uh a hidden thing, like you like when we first interviewed you, you explain you told us the story of how you became a priest and everything, so that was all that, and um, he just like what is the motive behind this? Because I don't I don't see it.
SPEAKER_03It's very evil the way he's drawn all another family into this and slurred all of them. They really deserve their privacy, and he's trying to one who's related, used to donate money to uh Catholic um evangelizing group, right? He's a big-hearted man, he's totally generous, wants to give his life to God as a lay evangelist. He's giving money to this group, and then he joins them. It's like perfectly understandable. Yeah, Virgil paints it as something sinister, saying, Why is he giving the donations first? Like it's some manipulation.
SPEAKER_00He had a can he had a reversion or a conversion, and now he wants to get he's a man who has money, he wants to give to something a good cause.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, but he was I mean, he was always a good lad, always faithful. The person he's picking on here, you But Augustine doesn't know that, doesn't care about that. He just wants to slur and slur and slur. And there's others who jumping in online saying, Yeah, I've must answer these questions, like I haven't been transparent with my superiors. They're the competent authorities. We're not all competent to judge everybody's life in the world just because we've seen an article on the internet. There is a structure in the church. And some of the SEDIs will write off that whole structure, not just write off all the popes, but all juridical acts they say are invalid. All the sacraments are invalid, you know, if unless it's in their little sect. And they write off billions of souls as well, as if there's not even a state of grace for people outside of their sect. So they're the ones who are saying I've I've not been transparent. And they're like anonymous online and they're demanding transparency and accountability. They can't see themselves.
SPEAKER_00Because I look, I don't think set of contism is preposterous. Like I think it's actually like a it's possible, you know, it's very possible. And it's like, but my interactions with so many of these people who are especially like, and look, I understand people do have to be anonymous if they have, you know, they have to protect their livelihood and stuff. But some of the things that that people are saying behind an anonymous account that it's like, if you think these issues are so important, why would you not want to put your face to it because you think it's that important? I I find that near this there's very few, there are a few set of accountants who will address the Jewish question, but for the most part, it's not even part of the equation of what's going on in the church. I find that insane. Like, how how are they not seeing that this absolutely and it's not just in Jewish infiltration at the council, it starts long before that, and it's kind of culminates in the council. But like even the conversation you and I had about Pius XII changing some of the um the Holy Week uh traditions and things like that, like this stuff started long before the council, it just kind of has its culmination in the council, but all of it has to do with the Jewish infiltration of them trying to undermine the church. And it and it's it's like that that's not even part of the equation for them.
SPEAKER_03I've stayed with set of acantists in the States, and they're very, very hospitable, courteous, they'll debate with you if you want. They wouldn't let me say mass on their altar because I say Una come in the canon for the Pope. And that, like lines drawn, you know, they're really firm on their lines, but they provide me with somewhere to stay and somewhere I can set up an altar. And we we had a very um pleasant time. Other set of accountists in England, they always reason and theology and plight argument, or not always plight. Um it's Father Cicada or even Bishop Sanborn as well. They the clerical set of accountists seem to me always pretty reasonable. Um, I don't agree with their conclusion, but it I think there's a new breed who've lost their minds under Francis and now Leo, and they've taken a drastic step, and perhaps they're panicking, and the reason they're attacking traditionalists all the time. Is imagine if when tradition is restored and the church is healthy again, they're gonna feel like right, chumps. They're actually frightened that the Trads might be right, and that's why they launched these attacks. I don't understand why they're always trying to soft pedal on the Jews, these people, and blame Russia, blame Opus Day, anyone but the Jews. Um I I'll say I wasn't married, of course, because it was annulled. Because an invalid, yeah. But again, these uh people who think they know everything, they don't know the facts of your case, they don't know the law, they don't know theology, they don't understand the sacraments. They're putting out a man that was married cannot be a priest, or a man that was divorced cannot be a priest. That's St. Peter was married. He might have been a widow then, but in the early church, many married men were ordained priests, but they and their spouse had to agree to be continent. That's the point. And you couldn't make a man a married man a priest if his spouse, his wife, didn't agree, both of them say, yeah, for the sake of the kingdom we'll be continent. But because then there's still a lot of temptation in many of those situations, the church decided after a few hundred years, it's better never to ordain married men. That's a good decision as a discipline. But it's the holy matrimony is not an impediment to holy orders. Holy orders are an impediment to marriage. A priest cannot marry, but a married person can be validly ordained a priest. It's because the holy orders is better. We're not allowed to say this now, but virginity is better than marriage. It's a state of life. Of course, there's a lot of nuns and priests who are much worse spiritually than lay people, married people. And the nuns are lay people, but the state of life is better of the one who's vowed celibacy, which goes back to Jesus and the apostles, of course. So the people who say celibacy was invented, you know, in the year 1000 or whatever, or 800. No, no, no. It goes back to Christ. Um, and so even the married men had to be continent to become a priest. So these fools online who know the reason I connected with the CEDIs is because they say there's been no Pope since Pastor 12th. So all the juridical acts are false and all annulments are invalid, whatever. No, it's the marriage that's invalid. And the annulment, if you look for depending on the grounds of it, many of them, although many are mismanaged, and it is it is a crisis that annulments are being dished out left, right, and center, that doesn't cover every case. So I've I've never been married, and what's more I refuse to have anything to do with divorce. I wouldn't get a lawyer or sign the papers because I'm not going to coldly break my marriage vow. They're for life. When I'm I meant them when I said them, that even if I never saw my spouse or if there's kids ever for decades till I died on another continent, I'm married. I can't participate in divorce. And if I did, then the fraternity would not have accepted me as a candidate. Because the man who's willing to coldly break his marriage vows is not fit to be a priest, he'll break his priestly vows. Do you remember this after um the Catholic identity conference uh a few years ago? Um some guy put, oh, this guy is a fraud, he's just he's gonna get married in a moment, you you wait and see, he'll leave the priesthood and get married. I think, why don't people understand God sees everything, he's heard your vows to him and to to the world, to the church. You you can't just break your vows and like that's the last thing you ever want to do in your life, ever. You're talking about being all in, like with the priesthood, you have to be all in completely. Now I'm not it's not that every priest who's been left or been layzed is definitely going to hell, but boy oh boy, it's gonna be uncomfortable on judgment day. What what can you say? Nothing, it's just ask for mercy. Um so I I I did write an article about Kalmy or Substack saying it's you know impossible to address this stuff. Whatever you say, they're just gonna throw up more junk because they're not of goodwill, they don't want, they don't care about truth, they don't care about causing pain, they don't care about dragging in other people, they don't care about making massive universal judgments when they don't know the facts or the law or the theology. But there's also people being a bit misled and confused. Um so I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, Rob, you gotta fly, right? But I'll I can wrap this up my father. I think my father. Okay, well, thanks, Bob. Um, yeah, it's like the I think every conversation you and I have had, and every single conversation we've had, is stuff that I've I wanted to like. I the conversation went where I went. It's not like you were like this idea that you're trying to, I don't know. It was just absurd to me because I I feel like in in a lot of ways you and I have been on this same journey for the past several years learning about this stuff. Like you said, like you even said there was a couple things I said that kind of made a light bulb go off in your head. The the like these these there's a reason God is uh allowing us to see this stuff right now, and I really do see it as a movement of the Holy Spirit, like talking about conver like topics that we could not have even uh considered a decade ago. And I I think like all things work to God's glory, so even the horrible wicked things that happened on October in response to October 7th, like God is still using those horrific events to open the eyes of people and get us to realize what what what is going on in our world and how we've been under this delusion for the past several decades, especially. Um, and I just don't, I don't know. It just seems so so ridiculous to me to even the the things that the accusations he's making, he's making such giant leaps of logic, and I still don't see what the purpose would be when even if I had never had a conversation with you, I think the conversations on my show would have gone in that same direction either way.
SPEAKER_03Uh you could be astonished though at what uh pettiness can motivate uh some people. And it's not necessarily a conspiracy, like it's not like he has an agenda. Um it can be just something personal. Um, but I don't want to uh go like he he's put a book out, he wants to be on YouTube, and he sees people doing that, and it irritates him. He wants to be, he wants to be the man. And they you have no idea how ordinary like my life is. Nothing to be um oh you you wouldn't want my life, believe me.
SPEAKER_00So not just that, like I've asked you, I've asked you to come on several times, and you're like, I'm just too deep in study right now. I can't make it on, you know. It's like it's not like you, you know, and and all of the projects I've watched you do, they squash. And it's like you have to go hide off on some unknown platform that nobody's ever heard of just to get this little bit of information out. It's like if there was some kind of uh uh intelligence agency plot, you would be as big as Tucker and you would be as big as Candace, but no, you're relegated to some obscure platform that nobody can see, and I have to cut little clips of it up to make sure my channel doesn't get banned if I discuss it, you know.
SPEAKER_03But this um it does go into why that mindset of the Jews is something different and alien to European Christendom, to Catholics, Catholicism. It is alien, it is different, and that like the bombing of cities is not something Catholic, and yet it's something that Catholic countries have done. Why? We have to find out. So I hope this and this has survived on Amazon until now. I'm happy with that. Maybe it will keep going. Um we we could either wrap it up or I'll say a couple more points about Augustine. Yeah, keep going. I I don't I don't know. I'm good. Um does one guy saying that the fact that uh a couple of members of the House of Lords helped me when I was in prison proves that I'm or it means that questions must be answered about the intelligence agencies. So I went, I went and got arrested three times in Burma to get long enough in prison because they kicked me out too quick the first time. Um and so I have time to plan. I was careful about it, not reckless. Like I'd make sure whenever I was arrested, there was somebody watching, I didn't know who they were or where, because I didn't want to give them away when I was interrogated. As soon as I was arrested, they knew the time and the place, I knew the
Lords, North Korea, And Motives
SPEAKER_03time and the place, they would get a message out to Thailand and they could do a press release and inform the embassy and my family so that the Burmese regime couldn't make me disappear. And so by the third time, I'm doing all the research possible on Burma, I realized Lord Alton and Baroness Cox are always bringing up um persecutions of Christians around the world and generally of people being ethnically cleansed, and both of them have been to Burma several times, deep interest. So, of course, I go I write to them, can we meet? We meet and we we hit it off. They're they're good people, they care. So, and the idea was that I asked them both, if I'm arrested, please support my family in how they handle this. And we're not making a campaign to get me out of prison, we're making a campaign to draw attention to what's happening in Burma. Work very well. That's what one positive side of democracy. You can go and see your representatives and collaborate on things. And this guy thinks that makes me am I six? He just, if he knew anything about Lord Alton and Baroness Cox, he sees they've spent decades speaking for Burma or for Christians persecuted around the world. I went to North Korea after that um because I'm interested in evil, because I believe the Holocaust thing, right? And so I'm thinking, how can this kind of thing happen? Where do you go in the world now to see one of the most, what we told them, one of the most cruel oppressive regimes, North Korea. So I go out there, suss it out, realize I could probably bring a delegation if I asked Lord Alton and Baroness Cox, and they both agreed to come. And so we're meeting with North Korean officials to talk about prisoners being worked to death and gassed to death. So in the chemical weapons testing, this is the point for me of why I'm there, presenting this information to them. Then we brought the highest delegation of North Koreans ever to visit Western Europe over to London and give them ministerial meetings and stuff, and also videos about this chemical weapons testing. The BBC did a documentary on it, on prisoners, and these officials they ran upstairs in the hotel with the videos to watch it because they'd probably be executed if they watched it in North Korea. Yeah. Then went back again with a more military delegation, Lord Guthrie. He was the former chief of defence staff in England. Now I'm not I I got lucky through Lord Alton. He's they're both Catholic. I'm a young Catholic man, I speak to Lord Alton, he speaks to Lord Guthrie, and he agrees to go on the next delegation. So we meet the North Korean military this time. And there is some stuff I'm not a fan of Lord Guthrie. He's passed away now, say a prayer for his soul. He's not great with the Knights of Maltar or the traditional mass or even a couple of other things, but he was strong in those meetings. He doesn't have to bring up human rights and gassing prisoners to those authorities. He can make this just about security, you know, it's a it's a that's a Jewish distraction from what's really going on. Talking about North Korea as a security threat to the world. It is not, they're destroying their people, but they're not a threat to America or the world. That's a distraction. But Lord Guthrie was very firm and strong with them, and that takes some courage. So that my motivation is ironically enough, because I believed in the Holocaust and this story of a family being gassed. And I got to interview in Seoul, one of the intelligence offers from North Korea who defected, who witnessed this. That's how I heard about it. I'm speaking to him about it, he's describing it to me. Um I've I reflect, is it is it propaganda from the CIA through the South Korean intelligence, through him, so that we're all ranting against North Korea when we should be looking at Israel. But I don't, I think it happened, it really happened. And in any case, these nuts that think it's all I'm KGB or whatever, because I don't want war with Russia. I don't want hundreds of thousands of people to shoot each other.
SPEAKER_00Also, Christians, right? Like I know they're not Catholics, but like you don't want to see Christians killing one another. Like there's there's something to that where it's you know, you look back even on World War II and the and the bombings of of of uh on the two atomic bombs they dropped, and they're on the two Catholic cities in Japan, and you just see like the bombings in Germany and how they're uh they're always going for these beautiful monasteries and beautiful churches that have stood for centuries that happened in Italy as well. It's like the the the Jews have gotten us to kill one another, and it's never again all of us, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Never again. Enough, enough with all that. It's better to die than to kill. If unless you're in the military, but if you are, the soldiers have got to start really thinking about the bigger picture of what their politicians, who the politicians are serving, who are calling them to go fight. Um, but anyway, it's it's thank you for uh having me on again to talk about the book and the JQ and also to so uh there was some there was a bunch of things I did want to get to, and we just you know we're we're running long.
SPEAKER_00But guys, go by know thy enemy, it's still on Amazon. Um, the Freud stuff, man. I wish we would have got into that because man, what a what a lunatic he was, right? With the killing, the mythological killing of Moses.
SPEAKER_03It's like after he fantasized about killing Moses, right? And he's and David Backen, who's a Jewish psychiatrist who admires Freud, he says this is actually what all the Jews want to kill Moses. This is a Jew saying it, but and what he represents God's law in your heart. That's what Moses is, and you want to kill it because you want to be free, and and
Freud, Moses, And Moral Revolt
SPEAKER_03so Freud with his messianic delusions that he's like this Messiah that's gonna conquer the souls of men in the world, conquer our minds. Uh back and says he could get away with the murderous thoughts of mass murder because actually he thought Moses was an Egyptian, not a Jew.
SPEAKER_02So if Moses was a Gentile, it's okay to kill him because they're the enemy. And it's like, fellas, you're just exposing your dark hearts all the time. First, you want to kill Moses, and then you say it's okay because he's a gentile.
SPEAKER_00And it's like it goes to like this idea that they want to kill Moses because it's God's law in their heart, and then God becomes man and they actually do kill him. Like, it's just it's such a linear, like you can see it in Freud. Why they why they actually think they were on it today, they would do it.
SPEAKER_03He bangs on about killing Moses, it's really his anger, is hate. Is that Jesus Christ? Of course, but he can't acknowledge that head on. So when he says they want to do away with the law of Moses in society, he adds, and the Christians who have taken that on board. So he's got to like make himself the main stage that as if the whole world's still being shaped by the Jews and not by Jesus and the apostles or the Jews who shape the world, who they reject. Um, but he doesn't want to talk about he dismisses the murder of Jesus and says it's just like another myth, like the myths of murdering the father and the son struggling against them. And he he he wants to put the focus on Moses, but his target is Christendom, morality, morality in the public square. That's what he hates.
SPEAKER_00You know, it's like this it's it it's well because a lot of people the one the one thing that really I realized over all these years is that it's not that they they killed they didn't they didn't they didn't kill Jesus just because he made certain claims, they killed him because they hate God, like they hate God, like it's that's really what it comes down to. They hate him because he tells them what to do.
SPEAKER_03If the reason they don't want to see crucifixes now, and they claim that it reminds them of 2,000 years of pogroms, which is rubbish, if they did not believe in Jesus' divinity, they would just say, Yeah, a man died on the cross, and they might say, Yeah, we killed him. And they could either say, Sorry, or we made a mistake, or it was unfair, or it was cruel, or they could say, We don't care. They don't want to even hear about it because they know he's God. That or they know at least that no one has claims like Jesus, no one has impacted the world like Jesus, and that's why they don't even want to see it or hear about it. That's why they dispute everything about the gospels at every level until finally they want to say they're fake or like that Jewish professor who's now the president of the Catholic Bible Association. She doesn't want us to hear of St. John's Gospel on Good Friday, should be St. Luke's because it's not so hard on the Jews. What is this to do with her? And her part should just be what is owed to Jesus in honesty for what he was put through. And Catholics say, God, I'm sorry for my sins that crucified your son. The Jews won't even admit how his humanity suffered. And from that, I think that's because they are running away from the fact that he's divine. Because if he was just a man, you would just deal with the question. You just say, Yes, a man got crucified. Yes, that's painful, yes, it was unfair. End of. They won't even
Therapy, Confession, And Pharma
SPEAKER_03say that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Because they know he's God. Um, all right. So we I do have a question in here. Father, should Catholics have anything to do with the psychologist, psychiatrist, or any mental health counselors these days?
SPEAKER_03But make sure you're going to confession every month, right? That is the best therapy. If you're going to confession every month, um Um I personally would never want to go to a shrink or a counselor. Never ever. I don't trust them. I think you get counsel from trustworthy figures that you know. Um but I'm not gonna write it off because there are people who don't think they've got anywhere else to go. Um and some people maybe who've benefited from it. I'm not sure. Even Freud said he did it, you know, just to make a livelihood. He didn't know how to make a living, so he set up psychotherapy to fleece people. You're going in paying someone to listen to you. They don't they don't know anything that can be cathartic, just but the solution to that is have have some friends who can put up with you for a bit, and your friends will tell you when to shut up as well. Yeah. But the idea of therapy just turns you in on yourself. You're talking all the time, and it's it's narcissism in some way.
SPEAKER_00I like I I I had said last episode, like uh, because we were talking about all the Lindsay Clancy stuff, but like in 2016, I kind of got blackpilled by Francis and Amores Letizia, and I just stopped attending the sacraments for about a year, and I wound up having to go on antidepressants because things got so out of hand. And I like it I had to get off of them and just come back to the sacraments, like coming back to the sacraments and going to confession regularly and attending mass every Sunday and just having a prayer life. Like I there's absolutely no need in my life for anything uh pharmaceutical anymore. You know, it's like the there's I think there's I think there's countless cases of people being on pharmaceuticals where they really just need a good confessor or possibly even an exorcist. So yeah, I won't write it off completely, you know, just out of caution.
SPEAKER_03Like, yeah, but if he starts prescribing stuff, that's bad news. Pills, no way, no pharma. Um well, all right.
SPEAKER_00Well, Father, you will uh well when when part two comes out, we'll maybe we will launch it live while we're on air, we'll see how long it lasts. But uh, I'm I I'm about halfway through this. I'm gonna finish reading it, and if there's uh some good stuff, I'll bring it up in future episodes and we'll keep talking about it. But thank you.
SPEAKER_03I'm already halfway through the draft for the next one, and it is totally blowing my mind. I've not looked at it for two weeks just because while I did the interview with Alexander Poe and Catholic State and yourself, I didn't want the stuff from the new book in my head because it's it's just five times worse than what you'll read in that one.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, some of the some of it is difficult to read. Look, even even the Sheen stuff, it's like like I I love Sheen, right? So you start reading things, you're like, oh man, even the good guys, like it's it's hard to it's hard to get through, but
Final Takeaways And Release Plans
SPEAKER_00it's just reality, like just you just read it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and we know we we know we're weak, right? We know we're sinners, so it's not like oh another one bites at us, it's just like a reminder there is only Jesus, and it's the feast of our ladies immaculate heart, Jesus and Mary, then you can trust, right? And I'm not saying we should distrust everyone else, but don't put your hope in anyone else. Yeah, put your hope in Jesus and Mary, you will not be disappointed.
SPEAKER_00That's a good way to end. All right, guys, we will see you soon. I'm gonna put this on YouTube on Monday. Um, for now, it's just for you guys on locals, but Monday I'll pop it up. I don't, I don't, I I'm I'm excited to put it out. I think I think people are gonna really enjoy this one. Um, thank you for everything, Father, and we'll talk soon.
SPEAKER_03All right, and Augustine Virgil, I love you truly. Let's let's have a beer one day.
SPEAKER_00Well, we'll see, we'll see how that situation ends up. So, all right, guys, we'll see you next time.
