  • Appeal of Kathryn Shen regarding the Historic District Commission decision concerning Paint Permit Application No. 2026026, Kirmse’s, 500 Broadway Procedure: 
    • (1) Ask whether the Board wishes to have the written appeal read in full. 
    • (2) The Board may consider only the issues explicitly raised in the written appeal.
    • (3) The burden of proof rests with the Appellant. 
    • (4) The Board’s review is based upon the record of the original Historic District Commission hearing. 
    • (5) New testimony or evidence may not be introduced unless permitted in accordance with SMC 19.02.055. 
    • (6) If necessary, address whether any material attached to the appeal may be admitted and considered under SMC 19.02.055. 
    • (7) The Appellant may speak in support of the appeal.
